Switching it up this week and trying something new with all uptempo, house (120+ bpm) set of remixes of hip-hop and top-40/pop/throwback songs. All the gyms are closed because of COVID-19, so I figured this would be a good time to do something different at home and make a mix that stays between 120-128 bpm - ideal for a fast-paced cardio workout.
