From start to finish it’s an epic journey, taking you on a machine-infested ride to the heart of Zion. It's cleverly synth-driven, with psychedelic influence, is bound by pounding drums and is eloquently produced with dark techno and progressive house tone colours. Acid Flowers EP is the debut release by the German co-founder of Digital Diamonds and one half of Alic, Piece Of Acid. The driving concept behind the project is based on Roland’s renowned bass synthesizer from the ’80s, called the TB-303, after its unique sound and warm timbre. This gives the EP a retro, acid techno vibe complemented by analog sounds and clear-cut production. However, there’s a refreshing visionary, psychedelic approach in the textures and sound design, using insect-like and glitch effects. On top of that, it has ear-catching ideas that make the tracks not only dance floor gems but well-composed songs. We foresee a promising future for this budding project.

Quantaloop are the new ambassadors of the underworld, taking you down their psychedelic wormhole to the swampy caverns they intrinsically inhabit. Combining demented, de-tuned melodies, with glitchy atmospheres and loose yet intricate drum work, they create a beast of epic proportions. Having blown us away with their wholly psychedelic 'Fully Aware', we wanted to give it the full remix treatment, inviting label stalwarts from all over the spectrum.

First up on remix duty we have Schysto's rendition of Rising Death Star. Forgoing the glitchy madness of the original in lieu of a deep, minimal roller, the brand new collaboration between Portugal-based sonic wizards Luis M and Floating Machine takes the original on a journey straight into another level of psychedelic bliss.

Under his solo production guise, Floating Machine delivers a seriously deep and hypnotic dub techno version of 'Psychedelic Douche'. It doesn't create a head space - it is a head space in itself, begging you to sink in. 

One of our label's secret weapons, Ewake, took the spacious and moody vibe of 'A Fairy in the Forest' and twisted it into a bonafide psychedelic dance floor crusher. He harnessed the depth of the original to create an entirely fresh, unique take! 

Last and certainly not least, we have the inimitable Muggi Dane, the prog-tech wizard himself, remixing the seminal Quantaloop creation 'Windmill Man'. He keeps the driving aesthetic of the original while adding some thick layers of atmosphere on top, giving it a mysteriously cavernous and underwater vibe.
