of Sweden. He has been DJing for the last 18 years at warehouses,
clubs and festivals around the globe to crowds as large as 10'000. Giest has a range of styles to always be able to adapt his sound depending on the event, location and set time but can pin it down to a mix of deep tech house and deep house, always thinking forward with the groove firmly in his focus. 

Now the time has come for Glen to finalize his Geist album titled Stimuli. A 15 track pilgrimage of deep, tech and moody soundscapes, not just tunes for the dancefloor but for the listener too.

'You're A Fish' is exactly what the title implies... A. Balter presents here, in our opinion, his best solo work so far. Based on warm engulfing bass line, contrasted with lazy and groovy percussion work, seamlessly concurred by skillfully crafted and slowly developing lovely chord progression - this track is a swimming session you don't want to end.

'Drought' with its wobbly bass and melancholic melody is like an old friend from the past coming to visit - and suddenly you remember how much he was missed. This is the sound we love and miss in nowadays Techno productions.

Recondite Live Set for Absurd Recordings

The founders of Digital Diamonds and its podcast format, Alic, are now contributing their second edition.
After a strong intro with One Million Toys, the duo presents a series of extremely smooth-flowing techno tracks. Aleckat, Luca Agnelli and Taster Peter provide some stand-out productions with house-influenced funky grooves, such as "Hear This" by Carlo Lio.
The mix crescendos into Alic's second love, psychedelic sounds, and climaxes with the brand new and unreleased track "All Is Bright" by Alic themselves.
This podcast is a well-rounded summary of Alic's last 20 years of experience as a DJ duo.

Immense is an understatement when describing this stratosphere-breaching sound that they've executed with textbook precision. The EP is saturated with a sonorous pallet, expansive melodic phrasing and deep, rolling basslines. This psytrance-influenced progressive techno will launch you out into the ether with cosmic effects, punchy drums and roaring synths. Apollo is certainly one giant leap for psy-techno.

This week's premiere accentuates a sonic uprising on Digital Structures. Miles From Mars is a collaboration of two distinguished South African figureheads - Maximilian and Deadbeat FM. Their debut release 'Red Eye Jedi' marks their unique, modern day approach to hybrid psychedelic techno. 

The spotlight is on 'Riots In My Head', an earth-shaking composition embodied by the dark expanse of outer space and on-earth rebellion. It snarls through it's thick (as fuck) staccato baseline, enrapturing eeriness and primal moods that is effortlessly crafted together by the duo. No doubt we'll be hearing this psychedelic bomb penetrating our grimy dance-floors once we are allowed to play again.

We had no plan beyond escapism, but a cleared schedule gave us lots of time to explore new ideas. 'Been There' by Perfect Stranger & Sphera has held it's place as one of Digital Structures most memorable releases of all time. 6 years on and she get's a bouncy facelift from Australia's favourite prog trance duo, Twisted Sibling. Expect the wide, pounding characteristics of the original complemented by irresistible tribal percussion, captivating harmonics and psychedelic effects all bound together with the signature Twisted Sibling bush-prog vibe . 

We've all witnessed how crazy dance-floors get when Twisted Sibling take to the stage, we can only imagine the wild scenes that'll erupt once this tasty banger is pumped out through a phat stack of Funktion Ones in the bush.

Spintribe project began in 2013 as collaboration of two acts from Moscow: Igor aka Tribal Walkers and Andrey aka Majestic 12. Before working together the guys actively released and performed at various festivals in Russia, Europe and USA.

Igor and Andrey have been in the trance scene since 2003 and have releases on JOOF, Mistique, Shivlink, No Comment, KissTheSound, Planet Ben, Psytropic, TesseractStudio, BC2. It sounds like an oldschool psyprog released in 2002-2006 years but with a modern quality. 

Spintribe produced classical psychedelic progressive with atmospheric and minimalist elements built on endless experimentations with the baseline before 2017. The guys called their music style psychedelic house.

In the last years Spintribe music has been transformed into the modern progtech style. Currently there are several releases on BASSIC Records and Digital Diamonds. Main project concept is a multifaceted rhythmical structure with a tech-funky edge.

We are so honoured to be teaming up with Digital Structures yet again to premiere a remix of the upcoming Electrypnose EP - 'The Sun Winking At The Moon'. As the name suggests, this release is a perfect balance of emotions that compliment each other. Smooth prog house layered with kaleidoscopic, dreamlike textures. 

Doppel's remix is a pleasurable progressive journey that makes it's way through a broody passage of emotion before ending up in a lush and happy place. As always, the Dop's sublime sound design is mind altering, leaving the listener in a state of psychotropic bliss.
