It feels like an eternity of darkness. Seeing the weak, crawling hands of light rays radiating from the dying sun on the horizon, not quite able to make a dent on the pitch darkness, one might wonder: will the darkness prolong for another eternity? Unknown to them is another world, trying to break free from the grip of relentless & blinding light.

The beings on both sides roam around trying to find the switch that can flip through reality. But, as with most things in the cosmos, they feel controlled by the invisible threads of a higher power, a machine that no one knows. The sands of time flow endlessly through that machine, waiting for the signal to reverse the flow. Will anyone amongst the millions, be able to find that switch hidden in plain sight, within their own minds?

"VA Time Switch" has 10 tracks carefully selected in to a serious assortment by Mico-X, this collection of sounds falls under the night psytrance spectrum.

We're super excited to announce that our latest free release, Hikma, is out now!

Hikma, the title track, means "Wisdom" in Arabic, which holds a significant meaning to our Samaa family, and is something we continually aspire to have. Hikma is also the name we've chosen as a title for our new free EP release.

This EP includes two tracks by Frosty Fennic (Samaa Records) and Bandicoot (PsynOpticz Records), the winners of the remix contest we had a few months ago, as well as the original track that was initially released on the compilation "Meraki" that came out on Samaa Records a couple of years ago.

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
