We are happy to release our label's anniversary compilation called X. A label showcase and an inside peek at our musical DNA, with art for this occasion by the virtuoso Rosenfeldtown.

When we, Emiel and Daksinamurti decided to start the label we wouldn't have dreamed of how it turned out. Now after almost 12 years of running the label we are still amazed by the amount of creativity this psychedelic scene has to offer. A lot of art and music still inspire us, and we are happy to have contributed to the psychedelic culture with what we do. Our mission statement hasn't changed since the day we started – to release psychedelic music away from stereotypes and stubborn boundaries.

Technicolor Dream Goat is the story of a randy goat boy named Pan, who while on a diplomatic mission deep in cyberspace, stumbled upon a coat so powerful it would change the course of history. When randy Pan wore this jacket, it gave him the power to play the bass like an intergalactic wizard. It was a psychedelic coat and he was a funky junky. A bass so deep and creamy it brought peace and order to the galaxy. A jacket so psychedelic, it sends cosmic rays directly to the loins of its onlookers. But if in the wrong hands, this jacket would create immense chaos and a force so seductive it would get you pregnant just by looking at it! Sit down, strap in, and brace yourself for a mind-melting sonic adventure into the kaleidoscopic world of the Technicolor Dream Goat!

Hill Top Records and Sangoma Records join forces to deliver you a vivid, colorful release with upcoming and established artists from all over the world, compiled by the notorious trio Starling, Emiel and Jafar. Hill Top is one of Goa’s oldest party venues, existing since over 31(!!) years and hosted many legendary parties with many of the leading artists in the scene. 1000’s of people from all over the world gather annually to celebrate the transition into the New Year. Goan native and founder of Hill Top Records DJ Starling teamed up with Sangoma’s Middle East fraction Jafar and Emiel (Gata Freak) with the intention to share a glimpse of the raw energy of India’s dancefloor – the source of our beloved Psytrance scene. This release also reflects the spirit of Sangoma Records – collaborating with friends and the aim to deliver a fresh outlook on contemporary Psychedelia. This release is fusing various facets of the musical spectrum for your sonic expedition, making you want to transmigrate Goa immediately.

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
