Already known in the scene for thier unique brand of gourmet psychedelic techno, this France-based production team continues to elevate their skills and bring a groovy, fresh twist on the now-classic psytechno flavors we all know and love. This week's premiere accentuates a sonic uprising on Digital Structures. Miles From Mars is a collaboration of two distinguished South African figureheads - Maximilian and Deadbeat FM. Their debut release 'Red Eye Jedi' marks their unique, modern day approach to hybrid psychedelic techno. 

The spotlight is on 'Riots In My Head', an earth-shaking composition embodied by the dark expanse of outer space and on-earth rebellion. It snarls through it's thick (as fuck) staccato baseline, enrapturing eeriness and primal moods that is effortlessly crafted together by the duo. No doubt we'll be hearing this psychedelic bomb penetrating our grimy dance-floors once we are allowed to play again.
