Elektro Sessions #9 ft. Dj Science 813 (Guest Mix) (Vinyl Set)

XS, aka Jay Fatigate has been a staple in the Electronic Dance Music scene since 1987.  Starting off in New York with Freestyle, Miami Bass, House, Hip Hop, and RnB.  In 1991 he assisted a DJ in New York’s Palladium Night Club when he received his first techno record by artist L.A. Style, which wrote James Brown is Dead.  In 1992 he moved to Daytona Beach, FL where he entered the “Florida Rave Scene.” He began to DJ for the Mad House @ Zonkers.  As his talent spread on scene flyers and by word of mouth,  he began to spin and work many bookings in Orlando, Gainesville, Tampa, Tallahassee,  Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, at all major venues.  In 1997 he was signed to “Go Off Productions” and played for major promotional companies such as Culture Productions, and FSOB. He retired for 20 years to raise a family in South Florida. As the pandemic hit, he began to create again.  “I have Returned”  was his comeback compilation, streaming now on SoundCloud. Currently he’s been booked by promoters such as FSOB, Sunshine State of Bass, 808 Life, Frajile Recordings, Theoryon, Culture, and  more.  His unique style of mixing will send you on a journey that you will definitely want more of!

Digital Assassin is a globally-driven Electro and Breakbeat producer/DJ based in Nashville, delivering dark, banging sets shaped by decades of underground innovation. Known for fusing raw 808 bass with international Electro influences, his sound pushes the boundaries of brokenbeat into new, intelligent territory.

A product of Florida’s storied breakbeat culture, Digital Assassin cut his teeth in the punk rock/skate scene of Central Florida before transitioning to turntables in 1996. He quickly made a name for himself playing house parties and local clubs before relocating to Orlando, where his production journey began.

Influenced by the nightlife of Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Daytona, and Gainesville, he forged a style defined by cinematic tension and high-impact low end. His live sets and productions reflect a deep respect for the genre’s roots, while fearlessly evolving its future.

DA has collaborated with underground heavyweights including Jon E Rotton, Security, DJ Gerry Labarge, Scott Free, Synrgy, and DJ Charles Anthony, with releases on Numatic Records and 419 E.B.P. He’s appeared at iconic Florida venues such as The Blue Room, The Grotto, SkyBar, and Sweet B, bringing his signature sound to audiences hungry for authentic Electro.

Currently releasing monthly mixtapes, remixes, and original tracks, Digital Assassin continues to evolve his craft while working with a global network of artists.
