Crying Shame

2024 was filled with some of my favorite and most explosive live performances ever. It was a year where I ran through almost every genre of music I like to make, dance to, and spin with at some point at some show. In 2025, I am seeking to hone in on my identity in the bass music scene; an identity that thoroughly communicates all of my influences and expressions appropriately.
These curated mixes will be the definitive collections of the music that represent “me” as an artist, and truthfully the way I operate means I couldn’t do these mixes without the massively talented artists that fill the scene with so much diversity and FILTH. As I prepare all the new music I will be releasing this year, I can only hope you all are as excited as I am for this next era of allwack.

This song is a lot of things, but more than anything else it's my effort to bring my personality and artistry to the masses through some of the gnarliest sound design I have ever made. As many of you know, when I perform one of the goals I verbalize most often is to "ruin everyone's mind."  My thought when making this track was: let me write something that represents what I envision when I say "I want to ruin your mind" to people. This is what came out of that artistic process! By taking compositional cues from some of my favorite bass producers of all time like PEEKABOO, G-Rex, and Sully alongside some re-sampling of old school hip-hop and trap music, this track is my favorite I have ever written. I was blessed with the opportunity to perform and be interviewed on the iconic WUML Radio Station for a segment hosted by my friend and collaborator Nick! I got the opportunity to show off several new IDs from myself and my producer friends across several different bass music genres, supplementing the unreleased music with some of my favorite set staples from 2025. Needless to say, it was fucking crazy and contains a bunch of cracked blends that I did almost totally off the dome. AHHHHHHHHH IT'S OUT!!! This project has been coming together for such a long time, but at long last I am able to release it with a feature from the one and only @justjuiceofficial!!!

In case you are unfamiliar: Justin Mojahed is an American rapper born and raised in Boston, MA. You might recognize him from his various viral freestyle rap videos, collaborations with @monsterenergy and Dr. Pepper, appearances on Sway In The Morning and @worldstarhiphopexclusive, or even his work with artists like @770rd @logic_official @official-sage-the-gemini @trippie-hippie-2 and @liltjay!!! His feature on this single came about through unlikely circumstances, but I couldn’t be more grateful that he put in the work he did on my beat. He ate, no napkins, and to be honest I can't believe release day is finally here. Hope you enjoy it, and don't forget to support it if you liked it!
