The Sirians are an extraterrestrial race of people who assist Earth and its inhabitants, as they are considered to be ‘Spiritual Warriors’ and are more spiritually advanced than most off-world civilizations. Sirians are deeply wise, conscious and loving empathic people, though they are much more evolved technologically than us. In the metaphysical sense, Sirius is home to one of the most advanced training centers or universities known as the Mystery Schools, to which the ascended spiritual masters travel to. 

Morttagua inspired himself in the benevolent “Sirians” to compose the magical melodic riff of this title single.  Together with a tight percussion groove and sparkling pluck synths, “Sirians” brings its listeners into a profound state of timeless melodic euphoria. Eitan Reiter produces and releases genre-crossing electronic and electro-acoustic music. Nikko.Z's Dopamine White rounds out the month of April by welcoming Electric Dada to the label for their debut single. Made up of German artists Jan de Vice and JP Silence, the Electric Dada alias was revealed to the world in 2020. The duo's progressive style was immediately recognized for its emotive qualities and strong dancefloor sensibility. A transcendent sound which would see them go on to release key projects via Univack and Massive Harmony Records, while also earning the praise of the underground's tastemakers. Now, presenting their first single of 2023, Electric Dada debuts on Dopamine White with 'Liquid Dope Skin', alongside a remix from Paul Deep.

Looking to diversify their portfolio further, Electric Dada calls on the vocal talents of Mawine. Together the trio craft a sweeping sonic experience all their own, where full key changing grooves and driving percussion set the course for emotive arps and balmy atmospheres. Mawine's breathy wails morph into boisterous chants making for a unique balance of elegance and power, while astral stabs and retro acid lines propel the track to an epic finale.

The release concludes with Paul Deep making his return on the label with the lone interpretation of 'Liquid Dope Skin'. With a career that spans the better part of a decade, the Argentinean artist has compiled an impressive resume along the way, landing releases via All Day I Dream, Tale and Tone, The Soundgarden and Sudbeat. World class DJs Lee Burridge, Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren have all been steadfast supporters of Paul's sound, which often sits in the creative space between progressive and organic house. Dopamine Music has also been a regular landing spot for the Buenos Aires resident, with five appearances since making his label debut in 2017. Now, following a remix of 'Cycles' by fellow countryman Juan Deminicis, Paul makes a welcome return to Dopamine with a heady take on 'Liquid Dope Skin'. Rather than burst into a dancefloor whirlwind or electronic symphony, Paul's remix evokes its emotions through slow burn repetition, dodging expectations and emphasizing its conceptual charm; as crunchy rhythms, striking chord stabs and hypnagogic synths unveil a semi-conscious dreamland, before the Argentine's progressive attitude reveals itself during a final of tension filled noise, deconstructed vocals and cosmic arps. A powerful interpretation from Paul Deep, which rounds out an excellent label debut for Electric Dada, an artist duo who is set to emerge further as 2023 unfolds.

Ruben Karapetyan’s RKP imprint arrives in exciting fashion with a much anticipated single from the label boss himself. Born in Armenia but now calling Los Angeles home, Ruben Karapetyan has carved out a unique place in the electronic underground. His emotive synth leads, cross-cultural motifs and tough, dancefloor minded grooves have made for a resonant worldly sound that is all his own. Following a ten-year hiatus, Ruban made a triumphant return to electronic music in 2020 with a series of the releases via Mango Alley, Movement Recordings, The Soundgarden and Univack. On the strength of his fresh, progressive sound Ruben quickly earned praise from the genre’s trendsetters in Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while also becoming a regular in Beatport’s competitive sales charts. Now, as one of the genre’s most in demand talents, Ruben launches his RKP imprint with ‘Nostalgic Recall’, alongside remixes from Michael A and Hobin Rude.

As a much requested track from Ruben’s recent sets, 'Nostalgic Recall’ finds the Los Angeles resident at his creative best. Instantly seductive, its contoured grooves, flashing percussive arrangements and dubbed out chord stabs drive each other into a whirlpool of spiraling directions, making for a flexible club track that bends between moods, while injecting vibrant energy into the dancefloor. Now, on the strength of 2023 offerings via Proton Music and his own Genesis imprint, Michael makes his RKP debut with a stellar rendition of ‘‘Nostalgic Recall’. Warm rippling basslines and dark rebounding rhythms set the course for granular stabs and hopeful atmospheres to work their magic leading into the break. Revitalised after a European tour and sold-out label showcase at ADE 2023, GMJ & Matter continue to ride the crest of a tidal wave of success. Founded upon a distinctive and evergreen production sound, the duo’s music continues to make waves of its own reaching dancefloors across the world, supported by global DJ A-listers. Moreover, the duo’s output on Meanwhile has seen a raft of original work since April 2020 in the shape of three original EPs, plus remixes for Roger Martinez, Simos Tagias, Rich Curtis and Alex O’Rion. Fresh from October 2023’s “Arkeron” on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, GMJ & Matter return to their spiritual home with a typically inspiring remix of “Levera”. Anchored by a kick full of heavyweight power, a rolling groove easily filters into the sonic frame as familiar percussive tropes from the original echo across the 8-minute piece. Evolving in dark and brooding majesty, a cadenced bassline adds weight and club-friendly hypnotism before a siren-filled breakdown heralds a third movement that brings in subtle variation, arpeggiated motifs and an immaculately blended central melodic riff from Jiminy Hop’s track. The result is another 24-carat gold remix that showcases GMJ & Matter’s talent to its fullest.

An artist at the vanguard of progressive house for over 15 years, Alex O’Rion continues to find himself much in-demand. From early outings on Black Hole focusing on trance, Alex’s work for Sudbeat Music, The Soundgarden and his own newly minted Solis Records has crystallised into a sumptuous deep progressive house sound. A regular on Meanwhile with a raft of original and remix work, May 2021’s 4-track “Echium” and August 2022’s “Solis / Pluvia / Sericum” EPs have lit up the label. Following on from remixes for GMJ & Matter and Rich Curtis, Alex O’Rion now delivers a typically smooth and effervescent reworking of “Agmoli”. A chest-thumping kick and clicking top-line supply head-shaking groove as familiar refrains from the original shimmer across the mid-range pre-breakdown. Through a sublime melodic narrative, a cast of characters both old and new, showcase O’Rion’s production talents as jagged analogue synth phrases coruscate in complex patterns, interwoven with arpeggiated patterns from Jiminy Hop’s track. Full of sonic intrigue and a palette of mellifluous sequences, the remix hits glorious heights post-breakdown as the full combination of bass, rhythm and melody combine to wondrous effect.

Through a pair of new remixes Jiminy Hop’s “Levera / Agmoli” continues to sparkle in brilliant sonic colours courtesy of GMJ & Matter and Alex O’Rion.

Our next release comes fresh out of the studio from Ohmme, a two-headed sonic monster created by Olivier Giacomotto and David Lecocq, They have been releasing music under this alias on some of the best labels in the business for some time now so we are delighted to present their latest work on our Limited imprint. 

The first of three great original tracks is titled 'Fashion', an up-tempo and high energy roller with intense frequencies at every angle. A robust peak time jam, laden with catchy percussive elements that will definitely get you moving. Inclusive of beefed-up drums, rumbling tonal sub-bass and plenty of character. Prepare yourself for some killer buildup and thunderous drops that come at you head on, whether you're ready or not.

Seconds out, 'Peep' leans more towards the groovier end of the spectrum whilst maintaining many of the characteristics of its hyperactive predecessor. Another track with impressive low-frequency elements, heaps of rhythm, a warped vocal backdrop and captivating melodics throughout. A definite vibe builder at very least!

Closing out the release is 'Time'; another groovy affair. Again more of the same heavyset drums and a thunderous, minimal bassline. One trend throughout the release is Ohmme's collective ability to create widened spaces within their non-conventional buildups; they fall outside of the apparent or expected format of modern tech house, allowing for some unexpected yet cataclysmic throwdowns on the drop! Yet another track with some awe-inspiring melodic traits being front and centre.
