Hello Everyone, 
It has been a while since a Psytronic set was uploaded. I thought this would be the right time so I took the opportunity to record a set with the style of Psytrance I first listened to and fell in love with. Behind this, there are two gems of friends who introduced me to this style and I thought why not record a set old school full-on style with lots and lots of FM leads. This is my first try with this style and I hope you all enjoy it.

Dazzled by the colorful cosmos, Maykurnaddur Records delivers you a fresh EP from brand new act Octogoat. With his three track EP "occasus solis" Octogoat knows how to combine magical night sounds with ocassional gloomy atmospheres while still keeping the dark cosmos in mind. So the EP starts with Cosmic Egg with a colorful mystical atmosphere while the bassline slowly pushes the fog aside and tentacles reach out for the booming groove which are supported by truly weird sounds. With the title track of the EP his genre is exactly heading between Nightpsy and Darkpsy. Above all by its variety and drive knowing to convince. The last track of the EP "Sagitarius" is a more minimal attempt with lots of crazy ideas and an always pressureful bassline. Straight from the heart of a modern urban psytrance disciple.
So get enchanted with Octogoat, get into his galactic journey somewhere between the stars and shake your bones to a moderate modern nightpsy and darkpsy production.

Pillar Of Autumn

Digital Reflection, also known as Swen Ardiç, was born in 1986 in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. He developed his love for electronic music as a child and his journey through many different styles like hip hop and reggae which eventually led him back to electronic music at the age of 21. From minimal to drum and bass, then finally found his destiny in Psytrance, which inspired him to dive into DJing.
His sets are characterized by dark spheres, accompanied by driving bass and mysterious atmospheres. He has been a proud member of Unalome Records since 2015. In 2018, he started producing his own music and he is currently working on new material. In 2024, he's joining Digital Shamans Records to continue his musical journey.
