To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Hadra is proud to present a new triple VA compilation symbol of the past 20 years of activism for promotion and democratisation of psychedelic culture in France and around the globe.

This special edition release, called "20 years of ResisTrance", brings together all the generations of musicians who have evolved over the years alongside Hadra. 
It therefore offers a complete panorama of the different styles and trends of psytrance from its beginnings to the present day, as the association has experienced them in your company over the past two decades.
"20 years of ResisTrance" gathers both emblematic tracks from Hadra Records and Altervision Records but also mindblowing unreleased tracks meticulously selected by the Hadra team.

Moreover, it’s also a tribute to a great man, founder of the association in 2001 and passionate militant of our microcosm : Driss, who first used in Hadra the term “Resistrance” to name his own compilation back in 2012.

Not to be missed under any circumstances, 20 years is definitely a date to celebrate !

A l'occasion de son 20ème anniversaire, l'Association Hadra est fière de vous présenter "20 ans de Résis'Trance" : une triple compilation symbole de ces vingt années d'activisme, de démocratisation et de promotion de la culture psychédélique. Plusieurs générations d'artistes ayant évolué au sein des labels Hadra se trouvent aujourd'hui dans cette release collector, offrant un panorama complet des différents styles et tendances de la psytrance de ses débuts à aujourd'hui. Cette compilation rassemble des artistes internationaux qui ont marqué l'histoire, mais aussi des artistes émergents de la région grenobloise qui ont évolué avec Hadra toutes ces années. "20 ans de RésisTrance", ce sont à la fois des morceaux emblématiques des labels Hadra Records et Hadra AlterVision Records mais aussi des morceaux inédits, tous soigneusement sélectionnés par l'équipe Hadra. 

Cette compilation est un clin d'œil à celles et ceux qui ont été aux côtés de Hadra toutes ces années, artistes, bénévoles, partenaires, salarié.e.s, intermittent.e.s, qui ont donné de leur énergie et toute leur passion pour faire vivre ce projet depuis 2001. "ResisTrance" est aussi un hommage à un grand monsieur : Driss, fondateur de l'association et militant passionné pour notre milieu. 

Force et ResisTrance à celles et ceux qui continuent de faire vivre la culture psychédélique au quotidien, pour que vive notre musique et que l'on continue de se retrouver lors de nos tendres festivals et pendant encore longtemps.

Biography:
Tania Radillo started to mix at the young age of 16 in her home town of Guadalajara and was soon DJing around the country. She embarked on her first European tour at the age of 18, during which she had the opportunity to play at festivals such as: Solstice Festival in Holland; Tundra Festival in Lithuania and other events in Switzerland, UK, Denmark and Spain. After this tour she was invited to be label DJ for Bom Shanka Music and a few years after she joined Catalyst Records in the same capacity.
She continued touring in and outside Mexico, always looking for avant-garde sounds to evolve her music style. Nowadays that style could be described as a combination of pure, seriously-psychedelic full on with forest vibes, suitable for any time of night or day.
During the 12 years of Tania's career she has had the chance to perform for some of the best psytrance dancefloors in the world, including: Vortex in South Africa, VooV Experience in Germany; Eclipse Festival in Canada; One Love & Reisefieber in Switzerland; Ometeotl, Ritual & Moonshine Gathering in Mexico; BAT in Argentina; Dimension Festival in New Zealand, Festival Solar in Peru, Solstice in Holland and many other parties in cities such as: Amsterdam, Cape Town, Dubai, Toronto, Montreal, San Francisco, Paris, Lyon, Venice, Amsterdam, Vienna, Antwerp, Guatemala, Salvador, and, of course, almost every city in her homeland Mexico. Her forthcoming performances at Rainbow Serpent Festival 2019 in Australia and at the next OZORA Festival in Hungary will be new highlights in her career. 
As well as a world-class DJ, Tania is also a talented producer and Pollyfonika tracks have been released on labels such as: Samaa; Sangoma; PsynOpticz; Phantasm; Liquid and Mutagen. Pollyfonika tracks have been remixed by: Module Virus; Assimilon; Barak and L.E.O.F. Past collaborations include a side project with Tron called Floating Point. Tania is currently working hard in the studio and has a new project to be announced soon.
In the mean time, as a new representative of the Italian label Blacklite Records, she is working at present on her first VA compilation, to be be released at the beginning of 2019. So far the track list includes music from: Ingrained Instincts, Virtual Light, Tron, Double Helix, Barak, Nukleall, Endeavour, Kusabi, Paratech with more to be announced.

Digital Talk is Julien Fougea and Luc Achintre, a unique psytrance duo.
After experimenting with different aspects of acoustic music, these two childhood friends were hooked by the 90's techno scene. In 1996, alongside their respective projects Mandukya and The Crow, they created the visionary band named Droidsect with two other friends. During 5 years they unleashed a huge amount of unreleased tunes mostly played at underground parties in Goa. In 2001, they signed their first release with 3D Vision Records next to Absolum, Talamasca, and Total Eclipse. The project ended fast but a new kind of trance music was born...
Continuing from the previous work while adding more musical directions, Julien and Luc joined forces to create Digital Talk in 2002. The French duo started to play for electronic music events at every corner of the globe: from Japan to Brazil, Mexico to India, Russia to USA, and almost every country all over Europe.
Their debut album New Age Surf released in April 2004 then shaped the darker side of the psytrance genre. The album was signed on Acidance records, a Greek label well known for its furious and eclectic psychedelic sounds. Few month after the release they opened the mighty dance temple of the Boom festival 2004 with an unforgettable performance.
In 2005, after a successful album release, Digital Talk joined Timecode Records compiling Sonic Solutions featuring Shift, Azax Syndrom, Broken Toy and others. One year later they signed on with the growing Japanese label Yabaï Records where, with an abundance of energy, they delivered a constant stream of powerful tunes like "Acid Test", "Acrobeat" or "Trust Yours Eyes" to name a few. At the same period Julien created Mindcore project with Phatmatix, a lot of hits have followed such as Universal Prophecy or Adoration.
In 2010 Julien and Luc finally delivered their second opus, "Audio Extremists", on Hadra records. Sourcing inspiration from different energies and music they experienced while performing around the world, Audio Extremists is the result of a long period of gathering fresh approaches to sound. These 2 masters of the art have connected these new influences and experiences with their intrinsic knowledge of studio technology, cutting-edge production techniques, and the fusion of their talent with other highly respected musicians.
In 2012 they once again opened the mighty dance temple of the Boom festival with another powerful performance. Since then the duo have been away from the trance floors while focusing on various musical projects.
In 2023 the duo finally comes back on Sangoma Records with an ancient album called “Dark Visions – The lost opus”. This opus, meant to be released in 2003 as their debut album was tragically lost in a computer crash, luckily all the tracks were recorded somewhere but not as the final versions, they have been played a lot by the duo and various djs at the time and became a myth by the fact that they would never be released. After recollecting all the audio files they could finally redesigned this legendary opus and let it live its life once and for all.
