Digitizer - Machine Slave

Digitizer is the Electro project of Christian Askvig from Norway. He started making music in the early 90's. Since then he has made music in different genres under different aliases. 

Christian is a self-proclaimed "synth-freak" who uses his arsenal of analog synths and drum machines to create an atmosphere that can best be described as "dystopian-future music". His musical background ranges from early synth music to "New School Electro"

Digitizer's first digital release "Computer Controlled" from 2011 garnered rave reviews and recognition from the Electro community around the world.

In 2016 Digitizer released the 5 track digital EP "New World Order" on the label Tropical Underground.

This was followed by several releases on the Electro collection series "Time Capsule"(808 Box) which the renowned Electro producer Alek Stark releases on his own record company Fundamental Records.

In early 2022, Digitizer will release his first vinyl EP "Future Technology", featuring 5 hard-hitting and funky Electro songs with dystopian future themes. The EP will be released on the German record company Pulse Drift Recordings.
