Dilemma Podcast 061 PWCCA from Madrid (Spain) PWCCA aka Dr Cyanide started in the world of electronic music in 1995, he took his first contact with some dishes in a pub located in his area, driven by a friend who worked in it.

Firstly, he showed progressive and house sounds, but not take long to opt for more underground trends, influenced by large techno producers such as James Ruskin, Richard Polson, Christian Wünsch, Portion reform,Regis or Surgeon among others.
In 1996 and is interested in how to produce electronic music using software and hardware, creating his first beats with a Roland TR 606 and the software for rhythms "Hammer"
In 1998 he was selected from over 600 applicants to represent Madrid in the first national championship of amateur djs organized by the magazine Deejay, held at the legendary venue Disco 8 Barcelona, obtaining a fifth appreciated.

From that year until 2000, he works as a DJ in various clubs around the city and also gaining experience as a producer.
That same year put into operation with another partner, the only franchise from the famous brand Phrenetic Society, owned by acclaimed dj/producer Cristian Varela, where he taught in school and teacher in production Dj midi / audio, adding to these activities, the sale of music and clothes.

Totally immersed in the world of musical creation collaborates with a softer sound, the fourth reference published Cristian Varela in his signet Donkeyhead recordings "big along the genre, such as Gayle San and Cristian own, that's when it's invited and interviewed the famous radio program led by Luis Varela, Phrenetic Power Music, issued at night on the station known Tango and Cash.

In 2005 lost contact with the technics, leaving only time to assimilate knowledge as a producer.
Currently it has returned to give life to his label Hardtools, this time digitally, also adding the creation of two other brands for the same function, Basic Form and UK Executes.
Dr Cyanide has worked and has been remixed by artists like Kessell, Al Ferox, Gunjack, Arnaud le Texier, Error Etica, Kike Pravda, José Pouj, Carlos Durán aka Cristian Varela, Gayle San, Horacio Cruz, Eric Fetcher, C-System, Fixeer, Michel Lauriola, ArchivOne to name a few.
Different Djs playing tracks from Dr Cyanide like : Oscar Mulero, Tensal, Kessell, Dj Pete, Dave Clarke, Tommy Four Seven, David Meiser, Arnaud le texier, Exium, Pelacha, Kontal, Fanon Flowers, Abstract Division, Joton, Ángel Molina, Lewis Fautzi, Patrik Skoog, Fernanda Martins, Lukas Freire and more.

Lewis Fautzi has a meteoric ascension in the world’s techno scene, like a projectile fired into space at the speed of light. In 2013, the same year as his first noteworthy edition in his birth country, Portugal (and from the start establishing the norm of always releasing on well-respected labels, Soniculture in this case), Fautzi started a lineage of releases on a classic label in techno´s history, Slam´s Soma Records. A year later, in 2014, it was time for his first album, an artistic step many in techno fear to take, “The Gare Album” (named after the club in Porto which has served as his creative impulse and launch platform for his career), on Soma as well.

By 2015, Lewis has in his log, 2 EP´s on Len Faki´s Figure, 2 works on Oscar Mulero´s Pole Group (an EP of originals remixed by Exium and Kwartz and a track on the Unknown Landscapes Vol.2 comp), with an added one on Warm-Up (Mulero taking care of 2 remixes), a collab with Pär Grindvik on his “baby” Faut Section, the same label where we get an Oscar Mulero EP with 2 Lewis Fautzi remixes. Crucially, he put out a 2nd album on Soma, “Space Exploration”, a conceptual work, as personal as it feels alien, where he displays his unsatiable thirst for musical knowledge and exploration, by broadening his horizons towards more ambient and experimental sound forms. He´s also provided interstellar tourism experiences, both as a DJ or as a live-act, at dancefloors like Tresor, Gare Porto, Lux Frágil and the “final frontier”, Berghain, amongst many other notable spaces.

No matter how many years a techno producer has been at it, he knows he´s doing something very right when, still early in his career, the “alien” Jeff Mills plays multiple productions of his in a single set. It´s the definitive seal of approval for what you are creating. But doesn´t seem at all fazed by the responsibility. The growing amplitude of his vision and maturity of his output, and the recognition of his peers, prove that. Lewis Fautzi´s explorations have just begun. Where will he take us next?

If you ask anyone in the music industry how they started their sonic journey of discovery, many will cite the radio or a certain DJ or band. For Jonas Kopp, that magical moment occurred as he began his teenage years with a piece of music that would shape his life: Kraftwerk’s seminal album, Trans Europa Express. “From that moment nothing was the same.” he recalls. “My father had seen I was interested in music and bought me a turntable and some vinyl.” Gaining all the skills needed to be a DJ, he burst on to the scene in the mid ’00s working as a resident DJ at a local radio station in his hometown of Buenos Aires. Aged 19, as Area 64, he had already made his first full length CD. 

Influenced initially by the tough house rhythms of New York, he soon widened his palette with the pioneers of Detroit and Chicago also informing his style; a comfortable place straddling House and Techno. 2006 marked his official debut release, a rousing EP on Pfirter’s MindTrip Music, and from that point, he has become one of the most versatile and recognised multifaceted performers in the underground scene, combining dizzying 3 deck genre hopping DJing with a more techno-orientated live show which he unveiled at the World’s most well-known Techno institution: “It was a very special gig for me.” He says, “My first time ever in Berlin and I had to play live on the Ben Klock Berghain 04 compilation!” 

Now relocated to Europe, Jonas continues to grow as an artist, jetting off around the globe every weekend. Signed to the impressive Tresor Records among a long list of others, he released his album ’Photon Belt’ this year - a follow up to the 2014 ‘Beyond The Hypnosis’ long player. Recalling another pivotal moment in his career, he remembers a live PA for French promoters, Concrete: “During my Beyond the Hypnosis tour, I had to play before Surgeon. It was humbling having him was behind me listening and enjoying the set, I will never forget the experience.” Multitalented, Jonas has two aliases focusing on House (Untidy) and Ambient (Telluric Lines) as well as running his new label Tremsix.

As a deeply spiritual man, Jonas believes his music can bring people together on a higher level: connected through art. “I know my mission in this life is give service and help to make people awake-aware through my gift.” He also plans to give back to the scene by acting as a mentor to new artists. Viewing music as a form of therapy is close to Jonas’ heart and sees his ambient project - Telluric Lines - could be performed in non-club environments such as museums, galleries and beyond. Drawing people together under the umbrella of hope.

Techno music always was a substance, made of contrasts - it was born in Motor City, befriended man and machine, combined live emotions and technical precision. These features should be the best to describe music from young Russian producer Aleks Unbalance.
Born in Siberia, Unbalance debuted in 2008 and it took a few years to create his own unique style. In his music you can find distinct symbiosis of strong emotions and industrial themes, which is eclectic and conjoins with technically accurate treatment in music story making.
In a series of records, released on the same name record label, Unbalance could realize his ideas fully - this fresh sound was a bombshell and it was demonstrated with his live performance in Berghain club, world’s techno Mecca, only a year and series of gigs in another legendary club Tresor.
When got support of techno scene old stagers, Unbalance proceed to develop his ideas, expanding a verges of techno and collaborating with a lot of significant artists in Rebalance project. In the artist's achievment list vinyl releases on such labels as A.R.T.S , Pole Group, Rawax, Solid Groove, participation in the legendary Fabric compilation from Steffi, etc. In 2018, artist released his debut LP "TEN" on own label Unbalance Records, completing the history of the imprint with a multifaceted and a deep utterance at the border between techno, ambient and broken rhythms. At the moment, Aleks is a resident and one of the ideologists of the techno-association Monasterio.
In his performances Unbalance endeavors to combine a whole techno ages, gives his due to classic techno, gets inspiration in futuristic sound and mixing it with a modern techno wave, which is what he is. His style of performing is so close to his own works and it creates unique atmosphere on a dance floor, no matter is it private party or big rave in Berlin Berghain.

His residency at Paris’s Queen and memorable sets around the world perfected Arnaud’s DJ skills, earning him his spot in the worldwide scene where he continues to this day to be a prominent figure. Since 2006 Arnaud lives in London where he is a regular DJ at Fabric since 10 years.
Arnaud runs Children Of Tomorrow since 2011, a label created by Emmanuel Ternois in 2008.
A timeless rawness is the main element of the label. Arnaud is releasing his own music and confirmed talents such as Terrence Dixon, Oscar Mulero, ROD, Jonas Kopp, Ryan Elliott, Samuli Kemppi, Zadig, Antigone, Tensal, Exium, Savas Pascalidis, Antonio De Angelis or Birth Of Frequency. Almost all the releases have been played or charted by artists such as Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, DVS1, Ben Sims, Rodhad, DJ Deep, Chris Liebing or Dave Clarke.
Together with his partners and colleagues Arnaud organises a series of Children Of Tomorrow events in London & abroad that focus on talent.
Since 1999 Arnaud produced different EP’s & remixes for Soma, Children of Tomorrow, Affin, Chronicle, Materia, Revolt, Emphatic Rec, Syncrophone, Black Codes Experiments , Cocoon, just to name few. Since 2013 Arnaud is also producing with Antonio De Angelis under Detect Audio’s alias.

Arnaud is one of the true veterans of the London underground music scene. Having been associated or played at every major techno party over the last ten years, Arnaud has kept himself at the very forefront of the scene.
