Nick is the creator of the Zenergy method. He hails from Charleston, WV, where he was born and raised. After graduating high school, Nick moved to New York City to attend Pace University in Lower Manhattan. After living in New York for several years, he found that fitness was becoming a daily part of his life. He underwent a radical transformation of mind, body, and spirit and came out over 50 pounds thinner, and much wiser, due to indoor cycling.
