Originating from one of the UK music and art hubs, Bristol, Louisa Maria has now stepped into her solo career. Best known for her role as a lead vocalist and guitarist in one of the top power rock trio’s, Tequila Mockingbyrd, Louisa is now launching her own material. Like many musicians, she has attracted a loyal following in her local town. Louisa has also gained a larger reach through the national and international sales of her previous band’s success.

Louisa as had an extremely successful career to date, including her most recent achievement which was being asked to support Razorlight in her home town of Keynsham Space when they were on their UK tour back in October of 2018. With Tequila Mockingbyrd she also gained experience touring nationally and internationally, as well as scoring airplay on Planet Rock throughout the last part of 2018. 

Since her live background in the rock genre has been quite strong, she has always wanted to dive take the leap of faith into the commercial pop scene. Louisa has a very strong resemblance with her music to the likes of Kelly Clarkson and Demi Lovato.

With releases being planned throughout the remainder of 2019 and 2020, you can be sure to recognize the name Louisa Maria – and not just for her previous successes.

Ngaio is a force to be reckoned with. More than just a singer, this powerhouse of a performer can switch from a killer DJ set to delivering intricate jazz harmonies with a voice that could have stepped out of the 1940s, to heart hitting spoken word.

Born in London, now a twenty years strong Bristolian, Ngaio has been skating across musical scene since she could walk. As well as being  musical director of Bristol’s Bass Choir. She has been organising and promoting events since setting up of her own night Booty Bass which was started in 2018 as a way to provide a platform for more female DJ’s.

It’s rare to find a performer with this many strings to their bow. Ngaio’s versatility as an artist has seen her moving audiences to standing ovations in St George’s Hall with a soul striking vocals, spark tears though truth laden lyrics, destroy dancefloors with selections old and new that take crowds on a journey of nostalgia and discovery and sometimes combine all three! Bringing jazz influenced vocals into the UK Funky world has seen her released on Bristol label Durkle Disco with a Cardinal Sound remix that reached clubs from Europe to Australia.

Previously seen at festivals such as Glastonbury, Boomtown, Secret Garden Party, Love Saves The Day, Tokyo World and guesting on Rinse FM, Flex FM, Noods Radio and soon to be station regular at SWU FM, 2019 isn’t likely to see her slowing down any time soon.

Hallelugenia aims to generate an experimental sound, colliding an alternative rock soul into an electronic suit.
It’s a Bristol based, wilfully contradictory, electronic rock/soul project created in 2015 by Luca Macchi by misspelling the name of a paleozoic fossil.
His music is dark, romantic and can result in space travels.
Imagine you’re coming back home after a night out, you’re still a bit high: you want Hallelugenia to take your hand and guide you into a restoring sleep or an intimate revelation. Or both.
Hallelugenia had a chance to express himself in important venues in Bristol such as The Fleece, The Crofters Rights, The Cube, The Louisiana, Hamilton House.
He’s always ready to perform for fundraising and in Social centres and he has memorable experiences at the Anticlerical Christmas in Cascina Torchiera (Milan, Italy).  
After a collaboration with Giuliana Fioretti that brought to the Ep “Clean it Up (Post Truth)”, several gigs in Bristol and London and a tour in Italy, Hallelugenia released an album in 2018 of the same name coproduced with Lorenzo Cela and he’s now working on a new Ep called “Voices and Ghosts”.

Guy comes from a long family line of folk musicians. Originally from San Francisco, his earliest memories are of grandpappy singin' Hallelujah I'm a Bum on the front porch. The folk family history includes tales of 19th century jam sessions on the banks of the Kickapoo River in Wisconsin. After singing and songwriting in the states, Guy moved to England in 1999.

Stateside he played in the Undead, the Crosstops (not the country & western ones) and various paisley underground bands on the Los Angeles music scene. Guy now lives in Bristol but is available to play anywhere. He released the album Folklore in 2014 recorded with Glaswegian producer Jim Lang.

Most Monday nights Guy can be found playing at the Steam Crane Sessions that start at 8pm. The Steam Crane is located at 4-6 North Street, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 1HT.

He'll be playing at the Old Sodbury Art Car Boot Fair in Sodbury, Gloucestershire on Saturday 19 July.
