AH ok first off this mix is probably weird/questionable since i stuffed in a bunch of A Latte Trouble style ad libs last min bc I need to sleep. It's been 98472 years since I actually "finished" an ambitious ust project/mix-- this UST was started last year with the intent to release with Denki but then I found a more appropriate song to release him with so I abandoned this song, then PKotetsu/Justin in-person on the Toronto trip in August requested/asked about this UST a year later telling me he REALLY WANTED THIS UST RELEASE SO HE COULD COVER IT BUT THEN HIS BDAY CAME UP THE MONTH AFTER, THEN I WAS LIKE, "WELL JUSTIN LEMME SAVE YOU THE EFFORT AND FINISH THIS UST/COVER WITH YOUR UTAU INSTEAD" and that's this gift, yes.

Ridiculously long song bg story aside, I really hope you enjoy this man! I really appreciated all your enthusiastic support for my work all these years before we formally actually -met- and I'm really glad to have met you in person. 	I'd like to start out with thanking EVERYONE who helped me make this song possible, you guys are the best and thank you so much for your assistance!
	Next, I might as well say what this is about.. REGRET is very personal to me despite the sucky tumblr-esque lyrics. I truly regret what I did to 2 of my best friends in the entire world, and I now will never earn their trust or friendship again. I tried to write these lyrics as if I had just went through this event again, and I had to rewrite them many times as I gave too much of the situation in other drafts. I wanted to keep the situation vague, and I believe I accomplished that. I also wanted to make the lyrics a tinyyyyyy bit relatable to other people. So yeah, enjoy the product of my horrible mistakes and even a little bit of talent hidden somewhere inside of me.

hello!!

today i bring a cover of kz's classic song, "Yellow". every time i think i'm sick of this song, i'm not. its just so infectious and good! anyways, i recently got a new SSD for my laptop which meant i had to reinstall all my VOCALOIDs, but it ALSO meant i had plenty of room for ALL of my VOCALOIDs, which is not something i could say before. one of the VOCALOIDs that i never got to install was SF-A2 開発コード miki_V2, but now with the new SSD, i can finally use her!

i think she sounds so bright and cheery in this song, and i tried to get the autotune mostly consistent with the original. also, whoever made this VSQ (i cannot remember who did or where it came from), they made some really... interesting choices with the DYN and PIT parameters. i changed them lol and then autotuned in VocalShifter.

anyways, enjoy this cover!! i will be posting more RYOU stuff soon and hopefully releasing them sometime soon this year!
