After four years I am proud to reach 100 releases on my HEXAGON label. For the 100th release we wanted to do something special so we decided to release one of my secret DJ weapons as a surprise for the fans. I always wanted to merge my trademark piano sound with ragga vocals so I could create a big clash between classic and futuristic house Hexagon style sounds to combine old school vibes with forward thinking sounds. This one has been going down a storm in my sets, so I am happy to finally share it with the world! Xxx!

Fans went crazy when Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike teamed up with Quintino in March for the release of ‘The Chase’, and now they are set for more excitement as Klaas and MATTN come together to rework a fresh cut that breathes new life into the original. This remix isn’t the first time the pair have brought their musical prowess collectively in the studio, as both artists have combined for other anthems such as ‘Children’ alongside Roland Clark, which also dropped on Smash The House. 

The remix retains the catchy melody of the original, presenting it in a new way with a string version. Synthesized elements creep in as the track builds in the breakdown, constructing a transition that leads towards the driving electronic drop. The beat consists of a fast-paced rhythm set by the punching bassline and arpeggiated lead. Netting the #1 spot in their native Belgium, the single went platinum, with the music video receiving over 200 million views online. The brothers repeated their magic touch on the Ne-Yo collaboration 'Higher Place', which spent ten weeks atop the Belgian singles chart and secured the #1 Billboard Dance Chart spot. They claimed the #1 spot again with the release of their Diplo collaboration 'Hey Baby' and then again when 'Selfish' featuring Era Istrefi secured the #1 position on the Billboard Dance Chart. Their summer 2017 single 'Complicated', with David Guetta and Kiiara, became one of the year's biggest hits with over 165 million streams on Spotify and 88 million YouTube views. The duo joined forces with W&W on 'Crowd Control', the sonic representation of their iconic dance move.
