I had the honour of opening the party at this year's Friends 'n' Family campout. As the first set of the weekend, I took a little bit of a fun spin to warm everyone up before moving onto some fun booty breaks. As it so happened, my dear friend and fellow Space Cowboy bassben was playing after and we tag teamed for part of both our sets. What a fantastic way to start the weekend!

Night of the Burn [Burning Man 2020]

This is the upbeat house set I played at Burning Man 2020 Multiverse for the NuTz camp.
With a green screen behind me and virtually no dust in front of me I channeled my playa brothers & sisters for a bombastic, NuTTy good time, full time, KMAWN !

Thanksgiving weekend helped open up for Lee Burridge 2 days in a row at Midway's 'Outdoor Dining' events, so was a chance to play differently than my usual sound.  119 BPM is not my usual vibe, but loved switching it up. 

It was all new to me music, so you might hear a couple mixing flaws, but loved being able to stay in the mix with nice long transitions, and steady dreamy grooves.  As a deeper set, a good one for re-listens.  Let me know what you think!

I fell in love with electronic music as a young kid when an adult friend handed me the cassette tape "Oxygene" back in '82, telling me he thought I'd like it. (hehe)
I entered the rave scene in '90 and was heavily influenced by Jungle and Trance of the time.
Now we have "EDM" and millions of producers thanks to Reason, Ableton, Logicpro, and they play electronic on the radio,, during prime time ! (life is grand aint it)
You'll hear all of these influences in my mixes and most certainly whether I play Deep, Tech, Techno or house, you're sure to feel a big bass line, syncopated interesting rhythms and ethereal melodies )'(
