After two stunning manifestations on 'Muy Duro' compilations the Austro-Turkish duo, Hanzo & Yaman, fall on Duro with their first full EP for the label and it's loaded with a powerful remix from DFA legend The Juan Maclean.

'Die Neue Welt' the main title is a reminder that no matter how hard you try to run away, the new world has arrived. A world where biology and technology are one and the same. A world created with synthetic and organic percussion, melting and waving synthesizers, and a robotic voice. The Juan Maclean put out a stripped club remix, where every element needed to make the dancefloor explode is kept and escalated to the next level.

'Atari Maedchen' is the second blazing original and has an obsessive and twisted synth lead that brings to feel locked inside an arcade room. Last but not least is 'Niemandsland' a mystical, astral melody synth carries us along with a tempestuous rolling slice of percussive hypnotica.

The international trio, a collaborative project of Greco-German couple Local Suicide (@localsuicide) and Bavarian producer Kalipo (@kalipo-1), are set to return with a bundle of 16 remixes of their critically-acclaimed album ‘Rimini’ on April 28th, 2023. The legendary electro pioneer and producer of the 80’s cult hit ‘Problèmes d’Amour’ Alexander Robotnick then brings a stripped-down, subtly retro remix of ‘Amore’, with metallic echoes and a smooth bassline that perfectly underscore the sensual lyrics. 

The artists met at a rave in 2013 and have been pushing boundaries ever since with their unique blend of new wave, late 90’s electro, and elements of 80’s disco. This new release comes after a busy year for the ever-prolific trio, following the release of their globally acclaimed debut album ‘Rimini’ which promptly sold out and received rave reviews for its effortless and refreshing blend of Italo, New Wave, Punk and Electroclash influences. Hailing from Paris with Bulgarian roots, Karassimeon has dedicated his artistic journey to the electronic sound of past decades, mainly the 70s, the 80s and early 90s.
Disco and EBM are his conflicting obsessions : his motto is “Glitter & Leather”. Above all, his main inspirations are cinematographic and dystopian, embodied by artists such as Goblin, John Carpenter and Giorgi Moroder.

His producer career started with the inevitable encounter with Toulouse based Ritmo Fatale, resulting in the release of a string of tracks embodying their shared passion for both the italo-disco legacy and the French touch sound embodied by Zone, Ed Banger or Institubes records.

Besides this, his love for the sound of the 80s results in an ever-growing collection of edits, which he shares with his community, spreading the love for classics such as Blue Monday by New Order, It's A Sin by the Pet Shop Boys...among many to come

Airsine’s long-standing legacy of crafting immersive, slow-burn psychedelia finds a fresh pulse in “Like Fire”, their debut release on Paisley Dark Records. This four-track EP channels the raw energy of underground dance culture, weaving hypnotic acid grooves with a meditative, low-slung tempo. Designed for dimly lit, after-hours spaces, the project feels like a sonic homage to the fleeting connections and shared euphoria of clandestine dance floors. Layers of throbbing basslines and mechanical funk rhythms anchor the release, while spiraling synth lines evoke a sense of timelessness – a nod to the collective memories of nights where music outlasted the sunrise. On the remix duties, none other than by Mindbender, The Machine Soul, and A Space Age Freak Out (SXDNS123). 

Premiered here, The Machine Soul’s rework stands out as a luminous counterpoint to the EP’s shadowy core. Retaining the original’s pulsating heartbeat, the mix introduces sunlit textures and ethereal chord progressions that stretch the track into a radiant, sunrise-ready anthem. The once-murky bassline is softened with warm, melodic undertones, while cascading arpeggios add a celestial lift. This version feels less like a club tool and more like a cathartic journey – balancing Airsine’s brooding intensity with a newfound optimism.

Fronted by Greek native Dina P., 'Dina Summer’ is a collaborative band project by djs / producers Kalipo and Local Suicide.

After doing radio shows on local stations as a teenager, Dina began making waves as one of the first female DJs in Thessaloniki. She later moved to Berlin where she met her husband, with whom she formed the duo Local Suicide. The powerhouse has made a name for themselves releasing on labels such as Eskimo Recordings, Lumière Noire, Ombra INTL, TAU & more. Through their exploits, Beatport declared them as one of the key figures in the uprising dark disco scene. Around 2013 they met Bavarian born Kalipo while raving at Rock am Ring festival. At the time he was performing at the festival with his band, Frittenbude who are famous in German speaking countries for their unique mix of electro, punk & rap. Kalipo recently released his critically acclaimed fourth long player on KI Records which features artists such as Rampue, Ira Atari Oberst & Buchner & more.

It wasn’t until 2019 that the trio finally starting working on music together. The result was a unique blend of late ‘90s electro with elements of ’80s disco and new wave.
