Belgian synth obsessive Biesmans continues his fine form with a standout new single that gets remixed by Tjade and Zombies in Miami. As always, we will donate all proceeds to the Sinchi Foundation to support Indigenous peoples worldwide.

Biesmans first fell in love with the magic of synthesisers aged just eight. After soaking up the many great discos and after-hours clubs in his native Flanders region, he completed a degree in Electronic Music, moved to Berlin and became a sound technician at the Watergate club. He then debuted on their label with an impressive EP and followed it up with 2020's accomplished debut album ‘Trains, Planes & Automobiles.’ His fantastic 'Careless Nights' was crafted on a hardware-heavy studio setup and is a richly textured synth disco track. Corrugated basslines, slapping hits and shiny 80s arpeggios all make for a lively, upbeat groove. The drums pump away and take you ever higher on a wave of expressive melody.

Utrecht-based Tjade is best known for 'Koi Jaye', a rework of a 90’s Bollywood classic that got played by the likes of Hunee and Palms Trax at Dekmantel and DGTL Festival. He has gone on to work with
labels like Live at Robert Johnson and Mule Musiq where he fuses trance, electro and Italo. This remix is eight excellent minutes of colourful synth loops, slapping broken beats and rugged bass that makes for a physical groove.

Canibal & Jenouise's Zombies In Miami project brings together techno and rock into visceral club music. They have a thrilling live act and have long had high-profile support from the likes of Michael Mayer, and Roman Flugel. They flip the original into a hands-in-the-air Italo disco anthem run-through with sci-fi motifs and bright, futuristic chord sequences.

Frenchman Darlyn Vlys lands on TAU with the Doble Impacto EP, comprised of four brand-new tracks. Darlyn cooks up his productions in his Valencia studio, the Spanish city where he is currently based provides a wealth of inspiration, along with his deeply rooted passion for emotionally- driven electronic music. His back catalogue includes a recent appearance on Jennifer Cardini’s Correspondant label and his music has been supported by some of the scene’s most respected DJs, including Ame and Dixon, Black Coffee, Tale of Us, Maceo Plex and TAU’s head honchos Adana Twins.

The EP begins with its title track. ‘Doble Impacto’ evokes that moody new wave vibe from the off, weaving in emotive strings and spinetingling melodies to spark a range of emotions. Darlyn builds a cinematic experience with this cut, as it diverges into various scenes. Musical storytelling at its finest.

Fronted by Greek native Dina P., 'Dina Summer’ is a collaborative band project by djs / producers Kalipo and Local Suicide.

After doing radio shows on local stations as a teenager, Dina began making waves as one of the first female DJs in Thessaloniki. She later moved to Berlin where she met her husband, with whom she formed the duo Local Suicide. The powerhouse has made a name for themselves releasing on labels such as Eskimo Recordings, Lumière Noire, Ombra INTL, TAU & more. Through their exploits, Beatport declared them as one of the key figures in the uprising dark disco scene. Around 2013 they met Bavarian born Kalipo while raving at Rock am Ring festival. At the time he was performing at the festival with his band, Frittenbude who are famous in German speaking countries for their unique mix of electro, punk & rap. Kalipo recently released his critically acclaimed fourth long player on KI Records which features artists such as Rampue, Ira Atari Oberst & Buchner & more.

It wasn’t until 2019 that the trio finally starting working on music together. The result was a unique blend of late ‘90s electro with elements of ’80s disco and new wave.
