Praterei is back and no pseudonyms this time, but a rites of passage for some brothers into the world of 4x4. The New Tower Generation are homegrown Viennese talents more known for their musical prowess in the live domain or on your favourite broken beat record but they come to Praterei 004 with an uncanny affinity for the essence of house music.  The one fingered layers of 'Horny Goat Weed' build to create a loose but purposeful assault into a dancefloor groove that might have existed at any point in the last 20 years - determined, jacking and Mellotron-tastic. 'Trembolon' is an altogether more multi-timbral affair.  From the off we're in balmy sonorous territory and the building synth line counterpoints the relentless jazz loop, accented by live percussion. If you're not roused by this you need to check your pulse.
