Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul have unveiled a Soulwax remix of ‘Cliché’. A standout track from their critically acclaimed debut album Topical Dancer and the first ever Soulwax remix released on DEEWEE, originally premiered in June during the 2manydjs live show at Primavera.
 
DEEWEE label heads Soulwax turn in a gloriously euphoric flip of ‘Cliché’ ratcheting up the energy to their trademark tempo in a monstrous synth-heavy four to the floor rework. The original track (full title: ‘Ceci n’est pas un cliché’) is an accumulation of all the cliché lyrics Charlotte and Bolis have heard over the years and a wink to one off the most copied sentences in art originally by Belgian surrealist artist René Magritte.
 
A 12" vinyl edition of the Soulwax Remix, will be announced soon.

We are thrilled to announce the first solo release on Sine Space 7 by the founders Truxx. Delivering a 4-track dance-floor ready EP called Gratification and fantasy. After releases on Influenced Records and Tbilisi's Different Sound Truxx will now give you their vision and take on hypnotic and deep techno. Techno meant for the deep and dark club atmosphere.
The tracks create a contrast between the low and high end of the frequency spectrum, whilst maintaining an overall balance across the frequency board. The 4 tracks have a distinctive minimal synth line which naturally evolves over time. This combined with texture-rich elements and a strong driving minimal groove in the percussion, creates the distinctive sound of Truxx. These tracks are able to take you on a dream-like hypnotic trip within a dark club setting.

We are more than happy to tell you that we will be expanding our own label circuit. This means that we‘ll be releasing way more music ourselves (almost one release every month in 2023). ✨

The music we will be releasing on ‚c i r c u i t‘ will break through different genres and combine a lot of different styles. We will use the platform to release music as it was intended in the creation process and put down restrictions. We have often come up against creative limits and compromises that we don’t want to make in our music. We want to have full control over our covers and especially over the music. 

The journey starts with our official remix of ‚It's in Your Eyes‘ by @disappearedcompletely. We instantly fell in love with the beautiful vocals and deep atmospheres and want to thank them for giving us the opportunity to remix this song. Plus we also want to thank @labellemusiqueofficial for giving their okay as they where the label that released the original.

Disappeared Completely - It's In Your Eyes (Diode Eins Remix) [circuit]

Over the years, Berlin has been cited as Oliver Koletzki's main point of reference and, more importantly, his endless source of inspiration. His albums Großstadtmärchen and Großstadtmärchen 2 are wholehearted tributes of the German capital, as its importance is continuously hinted and charted. Friedrichshain, one of Berlin's vibrant districts, has always held a special place in Oliver's heart. This is where he started out when he first moved to the city, and this is where he lives now. Kreuzberg's wall paintings adorn Stil vor Talent's cover sleeves and host their headquarters. There are little to no corners in the city that haven't brought a spark of inspiration into the mix. The Schneeweiss compilation series, now at its 15th installment, is built as a form of tribute to all these particles, tied in together into a series of carefully curated tracks. Each compilation stands at the intersection of the musical and cultural surroundings most prominent of their respective times, acting both as a reminder as well as a timeless sound capsule for the years to come.

On August 22nd, 2014, Motor Entertainment will release a couple of remixes of Parasite Single‘s track “The Hunt”. Northern German music producers the Micronaut and Mollono.Bass (whose remix will be premiered by trndmusik) contribute one remix each. “We are always up for club music and wanted to make danceable music”, say the band members about the remixes. (...) They got in contact with Mollono.Bass and the Micronaut as part of the 3000 Grad family.

Rising from humble beginnings like Icarus heading towards the skies, Singularity plots its course for the stratosphere as it heads ever onwards and upwards…but unlike Icarus this is a tempered and restrained ascent not an easy task to pull off but one that makes the impact so much stronger for it's subtle, ever evolving simplicity.

With a melody that comes on like a half-remembered memory and lingers long after the sound itself fades away, Singularity stays with you, slowly and carefully weaving its way around you while its drums beat a steady, forceful pulse and its percussion jumps in and out like Billy Pilgrim skipping thru time. The combined effect is something much more than the sum of its parts. Somehow this simple techno tune creates an entire world of its own and asks you to inhabit it for a while, losing yourself in the process..

On the flip side, Monoloc exercises an equal and proportional restraint in his take on things. Like a voice emerging from a faded dream, the melody peeks out behind a curtain of reverb and industrial drums compellingly foreshadowing its full potential. Growing from there, the atmosphere slowly engulfs the listener until finally the slow build up reaches its full force providing a fantastic re-imagining of the original with an almost romantic yet no less powerful conclusion.

The heavy hitting four track EP shines a light on Sangiuliano’s tight, thundering production skills. The hoover heavy lead track ‘Moon Rocks’ is packed with booming percussion, intricate synths and brooding crescendos. In every collective celebration, there is an extraphysical energy field created from the thoughts and feelings emanated from the participants. When a considerable number of minds and bodies are focused on a single goal, it is possible to gather a large amount of energy and through it make changes. This collective power is the theme of 'Cosmic Arena', the new EP signed by deGust, composed of three tracks that show all his versatility and genius.

The first track, 'Suspended in a Sunbeam', has a constant dialogue between kick and off-beat bass. On this solid basis, deGust explores plucks sounds recorded in the Minilogue, which are present throughout the song, giving a serious aspect of the track and that, combined with the melody, give us the feeling of bright sunrise.

In 'Mote of Dust', deGust once again explores the power of the Minilogue on a hypnotic journey. A pair of synths intersect without ever meeting, creating a constant tension. LFO's in the pitch make the final part of the notes slide, generating hypnosis and creating a deformity in what would be the most common.

The title track of the EP, 'Cosmic Arena', has a euphoric atmosphere that presents itself at the beginning, progressively developing until an epic break, with orchestrated pads serving as a backdrop for the vocal performed by deGust. The lyrics were inspired by an excerpt from the book 'Pale Blue Dot', by Carl Sagan, and talks about an image of the Earth taken by Voyager I on February 14th, 1990, bringing awareness of the magnitude of the whole, while making us remember how we are energy powers when brought together. A track that will undoubtedly be played at many festivals!
