Tintagel is based on a eerie melancholy Fall in England’s most western point- Cornwall. Old castles on cliff faces surrounded by an aqua blue sea, The North Atlantic Ocean. The deep atmospheric drone and repetition pieced together with field recordings to form a harrowing interpretation of the coastal town.

Two hours of music that has continually inspired me. It’s not comprehensive, just representational. I could have crammed more in but as most mixes I do are an hour long, I luxuriated in the space and allowed myself to select tracks with no mind to length and let them play out. I couldn’t help fiddling though. There are also some very quiet sections, another thing you can’t really do in shorter mixes.
