Already an accomplished composer and producer, crafting music and soundscapes for film and television, Gensi AKA András Genser deploys a trio of smooth and inspiriting cuts on the ‘Primavera 707’ EP.  The title track gets the remix rub from British brothers Decius.

‘Primavera 707’ is tinged with a gloss and sheen, and a pop edge, that stays on the right side of classy.  Heavenly melodies skit around an effervescent vocal, as Gensi distributes bubbly acid lines and expansive synths that elegantly crescendo.

Decius stamp their rugged sound onto the remix of ‘Primavera 707’, having impressed via releases on their own Decius Trax imprint.  Chugging drums and bags of mechanical funk are plugged into this re-rub, as the vocal gets pulverized, and a dark & sleazy tone is forged.

Further explorations into acid are mined on ‘Humble Brush’, as the wiggly worm forages around energizing chords and weighty drums, whilst ‘The Great Body Buzz’ glides across the cosmos with booming 808 beats and intergalactic electronics.

After a two months break F&F returns with another batch of Tigerskin's magic. This time we bring you a remastered version of one of his biggest tracks „This Place Is Empty Without You“ which was released just about ten years ago on Dirt Crew Recordings. We added a formerly unreleased earlier version of the track with a more dubby and even deeper approach, originally called „Montage“. „Clear“ and the darker „Word“ are brand new tracks from Alex‘s lab that are equally beautiful and might kill it at your slow dancing party. Lovely jams for the connoisseurs that we hope you‘ll like as much as we do.

Dub Taylor’s ‘Happy Valley EP’ was originally released in 2001 on the 3B label, one of the many exploits of the R.A.N.D. Posse. In recent years the rather rare vinyl copies of this Dub Techno/Dub House classic became more and more sought after and many requests to rerelease it at least in digital form, with modern mastering, came in. So D-Mark, who of course is no other than Jan Gabler, took on the challenge to finally make the three rather experimental sounding gems fit for 2022. We also added an original remix to Happy Valley. Jan aka D-Mark produced it back in 2001,  but unfortunately finished it only a few days too late to be added to the original release and therefor it was sleeping in the vaults for the last 21 years.

Antonio Zuza, head owner of Imogen Recordings, home of many worldwide acclaimed producers, decided to present his own vision of original music that was brewing for many years inside of him. As in his eclectic sets his house sound is widely connected with origins of dance music. There is no surprise that giants like Ian Pooley and Don Carlos jumped in on this material to make mixes of their perception witch perfectly blends with Antonio's vision of Jupiter Deep EP. There is no better place than releasing Antonio's first outing than on Imogen Recordings. Jupiter Deep is just a first release of many more Antonio has prepared in near future.
