● CALL SUPER :
Call Super de son vrai nom Joseph Richmond Seaton, est un DJ et musicien londonien qui s'est taillé une place à part dans le paysage de la musique électronique. Définie par une approche méticuleuse de la composition, de la production, de la direction artistique et de la présentation de son travail, chaque sortie incarne la vision idiosyncrasique de Joseph. C'est un monde coloré qui donne vie aux ombres et jette une brume sur les frontières qui sont devenues courantes dans la musique électronique. Son disque The Present Tense a été le point de départ de Houndstooth (le label de la boîte de nuit londonienne fabric).

● BARBARA BOEING
Bárbara Boeing est considérée comme l'un des principaux noms de la scène électronique indépendante du Brésil. Approfondissant ses recherches musicales depuis plus de 10 ans, elle construit des DJ sets autour de différentes de cultures et rythmes. Outre son expérience des platines, Bárbara, qui vient de Curitiba, est également responsable de nombreux projets qui ont changé la vision de sa ville et de la nuit. Elle est également co-fondatrice et résidents de "Alter Disco", qui est devenu un synonyme de liberté d'expression dans son pays.

● Dub Striker
Lors d’une release party au Rex club à Paris organisée par le label Pont Neuf en 2019, Trax magazine présentait les Dub Striker comme étant « les jeunes ténors de la house française » auprès des artistes ; Ethyène, Tour-Maubourg, Madcat, Vitess, Chevals, KX9000, Yann Polewka et Deborah Aime La Bagarre.
À leur actif plusieurs « various artistes » sont signés sur les labels : La Chinerie, Imported, 124 recordings, Grand Cru Paris, STRCTR, et Madhouse le label de Kerri Chandler.
Les Dub Striker débute l’année 2020 avec deux événements majeurs ; d’une part la sortie vinyle sur le label Happiness Therapy ( un label lyonnais qui ne cesse de faire parler de lui autant pour ses soirées que ses sorties vinyles), d’autre part le lancement de leur propre label « don’t Need A Million » avec Davelly. Nouveau membre de l’agence Dazel Agency, le duo Dub Striker continue sa bromance !

Energetic, innovative and versatile, are just a few words you can choose to describe the prolific sound Lis Sarroca has been propelling in recent years, continuously drawing influences from her half Spanish, half Mexican background, and sprinkling in flavours from her current city of residence, Barcelona. Whether tuning in to one of her genre-melding DJ sets around Europe and beyond, her storytelling online mixes for the likes of HÖR Berlin and Rinse FM, or whether you find yourself absorbing her tight and emphatic productions - you will undoubtedly feel the Sarroca effect.

2021 saw Lis cement her position within the house scene with EP's on Shall Not Fade, Frankfurt's Chiwax, her own newly minted label, Maai, as well as SB fam Carlo's imprint, Atteral. Needless to say, we're stoked to have her in the series, and we'll be keeping a close eye on her output in 2022.

Kazuki Yamaguchi a.k.a. Kez YM is a a Berlin DJ and producer originally hailing from Japan, he brings true school funk, soul, disco and Detroit beatdown inspirations to his productions. Building an impeccable discography since his debut EP, he has put out original work and remixes on respected labels like Yore, Deep Explorer, Faces, and City Fly. His debut LP 'Cross Section', released on Faces Records in February 2019, shows that he can push his signature sound to uncharted territory.

Roughly ten years ago—if we pretend the peak pandemic year-and-a-half doesn't count—Lars Dales and Maarten Smeets first came together as Detroit Swindle, before changing their name to Dam Swindle towards the end of 2020. The original name was meant as a tribute to one of their favorite musical legacies, but recognizing that it didn't come across how they meant it, the duo changed their name to pay homage to their other favourite place: Amsterdam. Dales and Smeets have become core parts of the Amsterdam house scene in their time, especially with their excellent Heist Recordings label, which they started back in 2013 (hey, now *that's* literally ten years ago). 

It's easy to understand why the duo have become so popular. In person and onstage, they're goofy, funny guys, the kind of people you might describe as the life of the party. And musically, they're massively appealing, marrying a European tech house strut to deeper and more soulful inspirations, a preoccupation reflected in Heist's impressive artist roster: Ge-Ology, Demuir, Byron The Aquarius, Matthew Herbert and more. 

Their RA Podcast comes at a time of reflection and change, looking back on the decade-plus history of both act and label and plotting their new album, which they say will expand their horizons even more. The mix is eclectic but smooth, pulling together tracks from the likes of Omar-S, Lil Silva, Ruf Dug and Genius Of Time (with one of last year's most underrated tracks). It's always a treat to hear consummate club DJs in a more relaxed mode, and this one's no exception.
