Continuing with my throwback house vibes mixed a funky bassline I kept the integrity of the song on this and just reveled in having such amazing stems to work with, One of my all time favorite artists it was such an honor to do this mix. Enjoy!

I had always thought that this had club potential that was never realised in the album version so....Well I had "fun" with this! As usual older tracks take a lot of work to get them on beat. Whoever the drummer was on this played ahead and behind the beat all the way through! So it was a laborious task to beat correct it! It is locked to 128bpm now!

I then thought about the fact that there was no real parts of the album mix to use as a drum intro for the mix. I used Xtrak Stems to "make" some drum accessible parts and also some acapella bits too. If you don't know what this is don't worry, you'll hear the opportunities it afforded me. I was able to create some dropout parts during the mix and fly in some extra vocal parts on the outro too.

I overlayed a new kick drum and cymbals throughout and sidechained against the original track to help the kick to "sit" better. The net result is a club friendly mix clocking in at 6' 33"

The song was the first single to be released from the album, A 12-inch version featured an extended dance mix, with added vocals by Stevie Nicks. I mixed in .. Tell Me Lies...  which was a great song also ,I brought the 2 together for a dance remix of my own , Enjoy !!!!!!!
