Spontan bin ich auf dem Sisyphos Outdoor Floor, dem schönsten Strand Berlins, zwischengelandet um meinen Federn ein Sandbad und euch einen fluffigen Daydance zu bescheren. Ein unaufgeregter Tag zum in die Sonne blinzeln und Hüftekreisen. Das Recording steigt nach etwa einer Stunde playtime ein, weil das Aufnahmegerät erst hinterher reisen musste. Die erste Stunde sowie eure Energie behalte ich ganz behutsam in meinem glücklichen Herzen. ❤️‍🔥

Properties of the Music:

Influenced by experimental fusion electronic, acoustic jam, Passiflora combines percussions, echoes, melodic electric guitar distortions, and many other analogue noises. The mix is the result of the close interaction between the artist's improvisation and the ambient. The acts are always improvised. Sounds and samples are generated while Passiflora is playing.

Properties of the Plant:

From the Maracujá seeds Passiflora grows. A very exotic plant with calming sauer leaves known also as the plant of passion flowers.

London-based DJ, producer and radio host EVEN • FUNKIER (@evenfunkier) weaves together Disco, Funk, House, Soul, Boogie, Jazz, Hip Hop and Global delights to create something fresh, irresistibly funky and downright groovy. He plays tunes from across the decades, genres and BPMs, mixing up hidden gems with tried and tested favourites, with a focus on sweet, sweet Disco music brought right up to date for modern dancefloors.

As a DJ he’s taken his trademark rollercoaster genre-fluid sets to locations including Glastonbury, Westival and ADE, playing parties for Midnight Riot, Good Custard, Project Bango, Pineapple Police Horse and theBasement Discos. And as a producer he’s released on over 20 labels labels including Tropical Disco, Hot Digits, Mango Sounds, The Disco Express, Midnight Riot and Spa In Disco.
