Disco Halal alumni, Indieveed and YAME, release their debut collaborative single, ‘Polaris’. A nod to the eccentric 80s disco of Yello and Devo, but with an interstellar twist.

The origins of the tracks production came from Indieveed, known for his melodic and atmospheric sound, but it was when YAME stepped into the studio that the wild nature of ‘Polaris’ came to fruition. As they describe “This track was influenced by disco of 80s and 90s music but presented our way. First, the music recorded by Indieveed appeared, after which YAME were invited to add their customary, tongue-in-cheek vocals and production elements".

‘Polaris’ has one aim, to make people dance, and it does one hell of a job.

The thirteenth reference of the Barcelonian record label "Side UP Works" will not leave you indifferent, it is impossible for your feet to escape the dancing spell of the Mexican Ademarr, this electronic beast offers us an EP made up of 3 original tracks that are true musical powerful dancefloor slamers. The combination of Niv and Darlyn gave birth to 3 tracks, all are influenced by Rock n’ Roll, Acid & Pop, with catchy hooks that will stay with you for days &  kick n’ bass that will lift up every dance floor.
In ‘All I Need’ we dive into distorted guitars and  Niv Ast’s voice where we “live with devils everywhere” as this hit of a tune keep on telling us. 
In ‘Konark’ we elevate to a higher dimension with the rolling snares, the uplifting vocals and the groovy bass.
And finally we’re going deeper and hazier with ‘Numb Dumb’ where the we begin our trip with psychadelic chopped vocals which turns into a proper 303 acid banger.
