Finlay Jamieson (aka FJ) is a Musician, Producer and DJ quickly becoming a household name in Glasgow, developing a unique multi genre sound. After moving to Glasgow in 2013 he’s come a long way starting as a musician and producer then honed in both talents to become a DJ. 
FJ has established himself as a resident for ‘Breathe’ djing in some of Glasgow/Edinburghs top clubs; La Cheetah Club, Stereo, Broadcast, Nicen’Sleazys, Room2, The Berkeley Suite, Cabaret Voltaire and many more. Finlay has released tracks on Tea Party Records, Prescribed Records and Bedroom Traxx. Finlay has also featured on lineups in London. He has promising projects for 2025 including plans to release a new Originals EP and some exciting and dynamic edits, Finlay is one to watch this year !

Greetings :D

Born in the UK and a very well travelled. From a very early age I had a love of music and all things creative. i learnt to read music and soon was playing instruments like a glockenspiel by ear. I decided to  play the violin and ended up in the school orchestra. 

life is a curious thing, I've taken many different paths, twists and turns. In 2018 I found myself.... yes I was lost and had lost everything and what appeared to me everybody.I had a series of synchronicities (which are still occurring to this day) which lead me to Drum and Bass and here began my healing journey back to wholeness. 

I was fortunate to be around at the big explosive event of the Rave scene in 1987 as we all know was the biggest movement  to ever happen on our planet. This took me to London places like Astorea, Brixton Academy, Crystal Place. Big events started to rise like Raindance, dance festivals. I loved it, I felt so part of something so unique and magical and indeed it is. I found my love of dancing in London and realised I had some good rhythm lol...
