With his philosophical background, Simone has specialized in musicotherapy and meditative practices to achieve inner well-being as well as alleviate or heal any wound.

The variety of experiences and musical stimuli has brought Gatto to research the music potential together with the Italian University San Raffaele on an ever-increasing scientific and emotional scale. The results have led to the organization of several seminars and workshops, organized throught Out Electronic Recordings and happening in between Italy, Germany and Holland, in which artists and music industry experts examine the relationship between sounds and emotions.

Simone’s world may serene, deep and sensitive at the same time – but it’s always been an intense place to enjoy. Also he is the owner of the renowned Out Electronic Recordings and Pregnant Void."

trpl started as a trio in Paris and settled down as a duo in Brussels. From their first live streams during the lockdown of spring 2020 to a massive set at Piknik Elektronik in the summer of 2022, they played at several Zukunft open airs, Coucool Festival 2022 in France and got invited to play live at Charged Radio in Ghent.
Ranging from downtempo to EBM, disco to 90’s rave, their sound is always groovy, playful and sharp.
