Founded by @daiguana & @dokomodo Reptilian Business Records (@user-201569223) aims to be an independent label of hybrid music, with the goal of promoting the fusion of electronic rhythms, organic samples, sound design and traditional instruments, through the vision of local and international artists of all kinds. From tribal house to UK dubstep, from psychedelic cumbia to dark disco, from slow trance to indie dance, everything that purrs and reflects its scales, which squeaks and waves at the same time: reptilian music.

About the VA "GECKO BLASTER"
This VA puts the spotlight on 8 countries, represented by twenty artists from radically different scenes, from the parisian organic underground to the dubstep soundsystem scene of Brooklyn, to the downtempo and schnekno of Berlin and Frankfurt, Swiss lo-fi, Japanese experimental, or slow house drawn from Brazilian forests, not to mention the participation of locals from the french southwest who offer organic jungle, slow dark electro or tribal slow trance... A musical diversity which has a common denominator love for psychedelia, distortion, depth of bass and sharp rhythms like the claws of an arboreal monitor lizard.

About the track
Farry (@farrylive) is a blues and psychedelia maniac from France now based in Berlin. Skilled guitar player, used to live performances, he recently tamed modular synthesizers to create his own analog sound. You can always expect from him the best mixdowns, precision and driving minimalistic and colorful elements for a tight dancey et psychedelic experience. In this progressive yet indie composition, twisted synthesizers play with one another, while the groovy bassline and the clean drum kit respond to each other into a psyminimal dance gem.

Elfenberg - Son Of A Truck Driver [Wrong Era]

After travelling to Central America BELLY DANCE SERVICES continues their journey further south: The fifteenth release of the Austro Turkish label is called TZANTZA. A genius joint venture between RANDOM ATLAS from Santiago de Chile and MARZIAN from Buenos Aires. The EP features saxophone player JOSÉ PEDRO CÓRDOVA as well as remixers CORNELIUS DOCTOR and OBERST & BUCHNER!

EP name-giver TZANTZA is an epic piece of storytelling filled with lively percussions, charming saxophone play and a captivating baseline. If this track were a movie it would be the Latino version of Stranger Things directed by David Lynch.

The remix of TZANTZA comes from one of Vienna's finest couples: OBERST & BUCHNER. Currently working on their album the co-heads of HEIMLICH MUSIC carved out a crunchy synth stomper that brings extra pleasure to every room.

With their second original track BARRICADA, the admirable trio from South America again proves their willingness to tear down barriers between traditional disciplines of electronic dance music. Therefore they simply just had to also give birth to a club version of this alluring obscurity. 

At last french producer, CORNELIUS DOCTOR added his unique touch to BARRICADA. The co-head of Lyons HARD FIST RECORDS checks in with a floor-filler or no, let’s call it a fancy boredom killer!

After releasing their critically acclaimed debut single ‘Stillstand’ on Local Suicide’s label Iptamenos Discos the Austrian duo Wiener Planquadrat are returning with their new ‘Dschungel’ EP which includes remixes by legendary electro-punk producer T.Raumschmiere, London-based infamous artist Birds and the uprising disco producer Tech Support.

The title track ‘Im Dschungel’ is a feel-good disco-pop / indie dance tune that speaks about the urban jungle of Vienna. The exuberant combination of arpeggio distortions, sizzling synths keys and jolly vocals transport listeners right in the middle of bubbly and chaotic Viennese jungle. 

The B-side ‘AIV’ (short for Alles ist Viel) is a dark disco hymn composed of polyphonic plucked synths, classic 80s beat, and distorted arp brassy sounds, while the vocals evoke the wilderness of a tangled and jumbled mind.

T.Raumschmiere, an artist of multiple facets ranging from punk techno to experimental ambient, maneuvers ‘Im Dschungel’ with abstract and minimalist tones. A steady remix with kick and bass at the forefront wrapped up with bright looping keys. 

Birds twists ‘Im Dschungel’ with an acid bassline, dark metallic strings, and adds mystical vocals showcasing her talent to merge multiple atmospheres into one track and always thrive for edginess and originality. 

‘AIV’ is revisited by London-based Tech Support, who gives it an all-around bouncy and elegant groove, harmoniously matched with spacey effects, bright bells, and screechy synths.

Wiener Planquadrat is formed by Maximilian Atteneder from Catastrophe & Cure and Michael Weiler, a former member of Luv Shack's Burning Tears. Their work is a union of their two musical background: a mixture of indie, dark disco, and a decent portion of French electro, reminiscing the times they first met. In 2021, they released their critically acclaimed debut single “Stillstand”, which went up onto the top 10 tracks of Austria’s most important youth radio station FM4, was highlighted as track of the day by Byte FM, received glowing reviews on the blogosphere and was described as the “perfect feel-good-disco-track” by German leading electronic print magazine FAZE, while receiving support by DJs such as Joris Voorn, John Digweed, Phunkadelica, Sean Johnston & Damon Jee among others.

The ‘Dschungel’ EP is an electrifying collection of tracks showcasing each artists' distinctive style and colourful palette of musical artistry. It will be released on a strictly limited clear Dubplate 12” and made available digitally on all platforms on April 22nd, 2022.

There were some unconfirmed, but very plausible reports of sightings of a crashed U.F.O. in or around Bogota, Colombia. And indeed, all the orchestrated government cover-ups in the world couldn’t make us believe that there isn’t a duo of weirdly Scandinavian-looking aliens strolling around that area. But, alas, they seem to be of the friendly, if trippy, kind.
What they seem to be mostly interested in, is handing out 808 space cakes and inquiring about nearby raves, absorbing influences of the indigenous culture on their path. First-hand reporters claim to having gone on extensive ayahuasca trips with them and binging hard on empanadas afterwards. So yeah, seems like nothing to worry here, they come in peace and bring the trippy shit!

This summer Moderna Y Theus Mago return with their fourth collaboration release ‘Give Chance A Trance’, the four-track EP will be released on Duro Label. The duo have an established history of their own sound that touches on various genres and this ep is no different, featuring cuts of techno, acid, and dark disco that bring you electrifying sounds, elusive rhythms, and dystopian vibes.

Starting off strong with ‘La Tranca’ an energetic and galloping track with articulate vocals and psychedelic synthesizers that create an atmosphere of trap and invites you to choose your destiny for the night.  Next up is ‘Preset Body’  a chaotic track with an acidic bassline and a booming drum that immerses you in a whirlwind of rotating and twisted synthesizers, with vocals that feel like strobes in the night.
