As Eternal Love, cheeky chappies Fede and Edo are injecting that bit of extra joy into their output that we're all in need of. 

The Milanese duo's digging endeavours aren't confined to one sound or style, you'll find them scouring dusty crates for everything from lovers rock and jazz to Italian dream house and rock music. If they had to put a label on what they play though, they'd term it as SOUL music in all its different shapes and forms.

They've been gathering a healthy following across Europe and beyond through their tasteful sets and lighthearted approach, this year they've hit the UK, Belgium, Spain and South America, to name a few, but up next you'll find them closer to home at Polifonic Festival. The Polifonic link extends to curation too, the guys are also involved with an upcoming VA release, put together with the help of Yu Su, Lipelis and Benedek... Keep your eyes peeled for that. 

On the topic of releases, while Fede and Edo may have spent a lot of time digging and selecting, more recently they've been putting time into production. This August will see the release of their debut EP via firm favourites Planet Trip - trust us this one is a perfect soundtrack for summer.

Now, the pair tell us they tend to opt for the more "home listening" side of their collections when it comes to mixes and radio shows, but on this occasion they're going against the grain with a mix of the kind pop sounds you can expect to hear them playing this summer.

Made up of Balearic, disco, house and all that good stuff to make you move, their 'Shine A Light On' mix is soulful, sun-soaked and best accompanied, as the boys tell us, with a nice glass of cold white wine. Crack open a nice bottle and get stuck in...

To kick off our brand new mix series it's a pleasure to welcome one of Holland's finest selectors 'Tache' aka Bart Eichholtz. 

An avid collector of tropical grooves from all over the world, his record collection spans from soulful 70's music, to club orientated 90's grooves from the Caribbean, Africa, South America and beyond. 

Playing across estbalished venues such as MONO, BIRD, Keilecafe and more - Tache was one of the minds behind the late L'Afrique Discotheque parties and has always euphorically lit up dancefloors across Rotterdam!

It's truly a pleasure to welcome him on for a one hour journey through digs found in Paris featuring various soundscapes with music from the French Antilles, Cabe Verde and Angola to name a few.

In his spare time, Sunni has three radio residencies on Radio Flouka, LooseFM and Voices Radio, and co-runs the events collective and record label, Discothèque Tropicale.

This year I release it on my own page under the project name ‘Jam City’ which draws inspiration, both in name & artwork, from the original Kwaito project releases like Dance City, Ripp City, Dancemaster and so on. This one features the Kwaito DJ Tools, vocal sample tunes, Shangaan Disco, Import Mixes, Bubblegum stars turned Kwaito and the more out of the box renditions from the early and best era. All released on my favorite labels, produced by my favorite producers and featured on my favorite projects. Lots of recent uploads of mine, future uploads that will eventually find their way to my channel and uploads by fellow diggers whom I highly regard.

The collective, London based events series, and licensed reissue label’s first project is focussed on highlighting the sounds of Guadeloupe and the Southern French Antilles. In doing so they hope to champion and honour the talented artists that birthed this beautiful music.
