The story for this one is, I started with this idea for a TF2 song in 2014 and the idea was a rough and very basic melody in FL Studio along with their spliced words, but I had always really liked this one, so 8 years later I remade it completely. I have a habit of keeping everything I write no matter how simple it is, even if it's just 4 measures long, and often I revisit these WIP's with renewed ideas on how to complete them. I'm hoping I don't take 8 years to release all these WIP's, but I guess it's better then never releasing them (´• ω •`) /

Also as to where I've been, I ended up getting Covid and had been recovering so my upload schedule's a bit off now~ (•o•)/

FLASH UP! is a work commissioned by the Bascharage Music School (Luxembourg) to mark its 40th anniversary. The work was written for wind orchestra in March 2005, and the composer took great care not to make it too difficult, as it was intended for a youth wind orchestra. The work is characterized by a theme that is presented by the horns at the very beginning. This theme is then taken up by the trumpets, then by the clarinets, and culminates in a grand fortissimo. The central section, “Poco meno mosso,” is very melodious and is played piano. The first theme reappears and a coda concludes the work.
