Disco to nie tylko muzyka. To styl życia. Łódzko-warszawska formacja Diskollektive wie coś na ten temat. Zaprawieni w boju nie tylko na parkiecie i przy barze, ale również w radio (autorska Audycja Elektrodisko w Studenckim Radiu Żak Politechniki Łódzkiej 88,8 MHz), potrafią zachęcić do tańca zarówno długowłosą blondynkę w różowych szortach, jak i zblazowanego Kubańczyka przekonanego, że jest nowym wcieleniem Andy'ego Warhola.

Kolektyw didżejski w składzie: MMX, SJNET, jaYETI jak żaden inny potrafi sprytnie wyselekcjonować najsmaczniejsze kąski z lat 70., 80. i 90. i wpleść je do swojego seta. Zarówno nu-disco, future house, tech house, deep house, Chicago house, jak i indie dance czy Balearic w ich miksach nie pozwolą usiedzieć w miejscu zbyt długo. Chyba, że jesteście totalnymi nudziarzami.

Chłopaki z Diskollektive działają razem od 2004 roku i grali już w takich miejscach jak: Jazzga, DOM, La Pies, Klubokawiarnia Granda, Bagdad Cafe czy Stara Szwalnia, mają też za sobą udane występy w warszawskim Saturatorze, Hydrozagadce, Zwiążmnie, 3Kolorach, Śnie Pszczoły, Cafe Kulturalna, Barze Studio, Warszawie Powiśle, Kamieniołomach, Nowej Jerozolimie, Eufemii, U Artystów, Resorcie, Placu Zabaw, Nowym Wspaniałym Świecie, Mono Barze, OSiR cycle culture cafe, Piaskownicy, Śródmiejskiej, Kosmos Kosmos, sopockiej Mewie Towarzyskiej, Wtedy, gdańskim Cafe Absinthe, poznańskim Cafe Mięsna, krakowskim klubie Folia Koncept Club, kaliskim Kwadracie, toruńskim NRD oraz białostockim Metrze.

Współpracowali muzycznie z wieloma artystami, m.in. Kamp!, Louis La Roche, D E N A, Jimi Tenor, Jori Hulkkonen, nd_baumecker, Izą Lach, Mirror People, Maximilianem Skibą, Rebeką, We Draw A, Sonią Miki, Elektrische.TV, AXMusique, Kapitanem Nemo, Mikrowaflami, Times New Roman, dj Fagotem (Procesor Plus, 19 Wiosen) oraz francusko-niemieckim duetem Stereo Total. Po udanym tournee po Portugalii nadal czekają na propozycję zagrania afterparty po prywatnym koncercie Madonny.

Diskollektive is a group of DJs (Mmx, Sjnet, and jaYeti), who, apart from consuming copious amounts of alcohol during parties, are the authors of a weekly electro-disco show on the Student Radio “Żak”. Their DJ sets combine the best elements of different music styles, such as 70’s, 80’s and 90’s disco, nu-disco, future house, tech house, deep house, Chicago house, New Romantic, punk rock, Italo Disco, synth pop, electro, electro clash, electro pop, New Wave, or indie dance.

Mmx, Sjnet, and jaYeti have successfully performed at many parties at clubs in Lodz (Jazzga, DOM, Klubokawiarnia Granda, La Pies, Bagdad Café, Stara Szwalnia) and other places, including Warsaw (Saturator, Hydrozagadka, Zwiążmnie, 3Kolory, Sen Pszczoły, Cafe Kulturalna, Bar Studio, Warszawa Powiśle, Kamieniołomy, Nowa Jerozolima, Eufemia, Resort, Plac Zabaw, Nowy Wspaniały Świat, Mono Bar, U Artystów, OSiR cycle culture cafe, Piaskownica, Śródmiejska, Kosmos Kosmos), Sopot (Mewa Towarzyska, Wtedy), Gdańsk (Cafe Absinthe), Poznań (Cafe Mięsna), Cracow (Folia Koncept Club), Kalisz (Kwadrat), Toruń (NRD), and Białystok (Metro).

They have been mostly associated with Lodz’s and Warsaw's music scene since 2004, performing together with Kamp!, Louis La Roche, D E N A, Jimi Tenor, Jori Hulkkonen, nd_baumecker, Iza Lach, Mirror People, Maximilian Skiba, Rebeka, We Draw A, Sonia Miki, Elektrische.TV, AXMusique, Kapitan Nemo, Mikrowafle, Times New Roman, DJ Fagot (Procesor Plus and 19 Wiosen), and the French-German duo Stereo Total. Diskollektive's dj sets can be heard regularly on Polish Radio 4. After a successful Portugal Tour, they are still waiting for the proposal to play after a private Madonna show.

I love beats and bass and house music, my mum Carliene Trussell now deceased 24/2/2022 was a piano teacher she studied at the Conservatorium of music at Adelaide University deriving her A,mus,a in music her mother Maisey (Marie Chappell/ Ne Fuller , my grandmother taught me the piano up to grade 6 ,my great great great,grandfather professor Mumme professor in music from Germany)Maises great grand father, any way  then i joined a brass band and started playing the trombone, mum and dad had a yamaha Organ at home that id always be on playing stuff that id make up, I was mad keen on 88.5 coast fm playing as what is now fresh fm 92.7. Which moved to radio Italiano, then they moved to there current-location off Rundle street Adelaide. That radio station has held steadfast and true to dance music industry, Originally sean donahey got me into house music and garage back in 1989 thanks Shaun , he’s a surveyor at Glenelg. 
Over the years we here in Adelaide have had some of the best nightclubs and underground flowing of this style of music
