This year's free/renegade burn unfolded itself most unexpectedly. 
14 days before the burn, I received an invite from Amsterdam to support a friend's art project with my music. Everything which followed felt like a streak of kind gestures from the universe. 

This art project by Studio Drift brought two hundred drones to the playa to fly a series of magical art pieces in the black rock city sky.  

A tribute for all hearts who have burned in this place. ⁣⁣⁣A gift for the burning man culture and an homage to previous artists who united this beautiful community.  ⁣

To everyone who made this trip and experience possible, thank you. I have no words. The same goes for all those who came to listen. 

All the beautiful burners who showered me with love, support, food, and gifts all week, realize you are part of this recording. 

I am sending my endless love to the Studio Drift  & Robot Heart families for this opportunity to co-create. Without words of how you gift in such a selfless manner. ⁣⁣

This was me in flow on Saturday morning before the sun came out and Diplo took over. I loved this moment in time. I wish you all a beautiful journey, and I look forward to many dusty camping adventures with most of you.

as we witness eternity spiral into the fire. 

Let us choose surrender and keep walking in trust
To remember that, in essence, all we are is dust.

This marked my 10th year out on the blank canvas of creativity, known as the Playa.  It was unforgiving and magnificent and challenging and beautiful all at once. I tell myself every year, this may be my last, that the experience has pushed me to my limits of comfort, and patience.  But literally the second I get back to the default World,  I miss it dearly, and cannot wait to return. The last Come Down mix I made for Burning Man was 5 years ago, and with the explosion of energy and mega high vibes this year, I felt the calling to create another chill-out journey into sound. Think of this mix as your long Exodus back into reality.  Listen closely to the inspiring words of Larry Harvey sprinkled through out the set. This legendary man and his brilliant vision, which he so profoundly describes in his own poetically genius way, is the reason we all make the annual pilgrimage to this desolate barren land of LOVE.
