The next release, scheduled for 24 November 2021, is the result of a long artistic reflection based on the dreams of Alexander Coetzee, alias LEEU, DJ and producer from Johannesburg, South Africa.

The album Dream Control is an introspective musical masterpiece about the universal mystery that every human being lives through, their dreams. To those moments when you cannot decide if it is infact a dream or reality and the freedom one feels when lucid dreaming. Divided into 3 chapters, this album approaches by a first EP the paradoxical dream, then by second EP the waking dream and finally by a complete reading through an album to be released on March 1, 2022.

For this first chapter, LEEU was surrounded by artists from South Africa including Lemonella, a poetess with a melancholy and acidulous tone, Lover Buffet, a committed genre visual artist and poet living in Berlin, and Thor Rixon, a multiinstrumentalist, producer and actor from Cape Town.

For this 2nd day chapter, LEEU was surrounded by artists from South Africa including Lemonella, a poetess with a melancholy and acidulous tone, and Eric Volta, a multiinstrumentalist & producer from Berlin.

This album will be the subject of a double album vinyl release and a concert on Saturday, July 2, 2022 for the 15th edition of the Festival Week-end au bord de l'eau in Sierre, Switzerland.

Hugs & Cuddles Pt. 2 is a song composed by Leeu, a South African music producer hailing from Johannesburg whos Suidtronica imprint made its place in the country of kwaito and deep house.

The song was written over a few years and finished off during lockdown. It is a balance of melancholic melody’s accompanied by intelligent grooves that reminds us of the softness and delicate approach he brings into each of his productions.

Three remixes complete this summer release with a sweet and sour approach by swiss producer Titoffee, a very deep house techno remix from Garance and a smokey trip-hop reading of Bazooka from Bucarest in Romania.

This forthcoming EP accompanied by the beautiful poesy of Ras Tweed (St Kitts & Nevis) and the spirtual cover of Manu Ela (Chile) tells the relations between humans, the elements and nature. Enjoy !

As always we introduce the artist behind the music with three questions 
about himself. 

Who is your hero? 
My father , he was an ex-football player in 60's-70's and l always 
wanted to be like him when l was a child. 

If you could live anywhere, where would it be? 
Somewhere there is no rush , may be l just prefer moto-caravan so l can 
visit everywhere and live wherever l want :) but if l have to choose l 
guess it should be Spain. 

What was your favorite school subject? 
if you mean the lesson l liked the geometry especially triangles. 

For this EP we also have a very special cover with an Anadol car and a 
special story ;) 

Onur's Anadol story: 

My uncle who passed away many years ago l think at 1991 anyway ; he 
had Anadol cars several times while l was a kid and l always dream 
about it especially the orange one and one day we were hanging out with 
Yigit at my studio he play this 
guitar melody and l said play again and record that guitar part and then 
make the track Anadol 🙂 the guitar melody is so Anatolian and that 
kind of melodies everytime reminds me my uncle car."

After a short break we’re back with new music and happy to present you the EP “Yamantau” by Daniel Hokum. Daniel has made 3 tracks, which all have a very different character. Each song tells its part of a complete musical story that we fell in love with. Big bass meets a reduced speed which ends into a beautiful journey. Oh yeah, we like that!

By the way, the name "Yamantau '' refers to a mountain, which Kilian Van de Water served as a source of inspiration for the artwork. Therefore we would like to thank all the artists involved, including Haunted Water for the mastering.

We are happy to provide you with new music again. We will keep you updated with more to come in the future.
