Artwaq is a 22 year old DJ & producer from Heemskerk, The Netherlands. He began his journey as a DJ just over a year ago, moving onto producing his own tracks a few months later. Despite his short time in the scene, his mixes and production have created a large amount of hype around his name. His mixes are shaped mainly by tracks with dark rave sounds and a high BPM, often developing into hardcore. Taking inspiration from artists such as I Hate Models, KRTM, Manu Le malin, D.carbone and Myler, hard kicks are his specialty, which is clearly represented in this hour long mix.

This is obscure seed track an industrial bomb made by Antihetical and Lowher presenting their new project. This mix between these three characters is macabre, a proposal focused on industrial techno that characterizes each of the artists, hardtechno, acid and EBM. "Open Secret" is the name-giving track from the 12 inch vinyl EP with the same title released in the year 2007. This was the first release on the Dutch label "Domestic Violence".

Here comes another one from my extensive back-catalogue of vinyl records I have released back in the days.

This is the original version of "Belgian Nightlife", released on my 12" vinyl EP with the same name on the Dutch label Cannibal Society Records.

I also did a rework 10 years later in 2016. The original version was created in February 2006 and was published on vinyl record a bit later during the same year.

Belgian Nightlife

A rough and hard techno tune I created in 2011. Very straight-forward with harsh beats and atmospheric breaks. The tune also makes heavy use of white-noise effects. :-P
