We are a couple who love music. Alex has been a guitarist for 3 years and is self taught. He was in a punk rock band in high school but sadly they disbanded and he has been wandering the world for a new one ever since. He has been let down by many potential lead singers and band mates since then and it has been too long since has been able to produce or perform new material. His girlfriend, Amy has always loved singing but has a crippling stage fright and inferiority complex. She has watched her boyfriend struggle to reform a band and has decided to confront her fears in the name of making music. Even recording the first song was a huge challenge for her, however it is the first step in an awesome journey together. Here is our account with originals of the kinds of music we love.

IDEOMOTOR is a Finnish band that has whisked up an original blend of electro and indie. They’ve won praise from hard to please media outlets such as Clash Music, Earmilk and The Line Of Best Fit. Varied influences accompanied by stellar songwriting has drawn comparisons to M83, The Killers and even Pet Shop Boys.

Their debut album “In And Out Of Time” was released in April 2019 followed by a string of live outings both near and far. Follow up single “White light Survivors” is out on the 30th of October 2020.
