The Nano Records Series continues with Brazilian DJane Thatha aka Altruism's showcase of her very special soundscapes.

With over a decade as DJ, Thatha is considered as one the top Djs in the world, she puts all her love into her music and it’s shown by the crowd’s respect and affection. Also her Dj sets are mixed with a lot of harmony and versatility allied to a very good technic, she’s able to take the dancefloor where she wants with her charm and lightness.

After some time her career as DJ was driven into a new goal, the music production. Her music was taking shape and she created her Live act “Altruism”.

It was an instant success and in 2010 she achieved the Beatport top 10 with her compilation “Magic Mirror”. In 2011 she joined the South African label Nano Records, where she already released 3 Ep’s. “Beyond Illusion” in 2011, “Fat Beat” in 2013 and "311" in 2015.

Thatha / Altruism has performed at some of the best festivals in the world, such as:

Don’t miss the next episode of Looney Moon Records series with MOLE.

Born in May 1987 in Venice, he first met the world of electronic music when he was 14. After having listened to different kinds of music, it is in 2003 that he gets in touch with the world of psytrance. Soon it becomes his stronger passion and he decides to cooperate with some friends (Francesco from Assioma and Winny) to found the “monkey tribe”. They organized several events in Italy during the following years. In 2003 he starts its experience as a dj, however, after 5 years, it became clear that the mixer was not enough, and that playing someone else’s music could not fully express himself. He begins now to take confidence with music production and, after 2 years of hard work in his studio, and even thank to the help and training of his friend Dust, he debuts with mole project in July 2010. This project will be immediately followed by further releases. His music is a mix between the fat jumping baselines from the full on and the psychedelic leads and atmospheres from the night music. The outcome is a groovie psytrance that will pump the dancefloors and blast yours brains for sure.

Dj Icaruz [Sweden] started his early baby shaking years getting feed by old school Psychedelic rock by his Mother that later during his rebellious years transformed into psytrance especially the old school fullon vibe by Astrix and The mashing thrust from Cosma (R.I.P) Later on he rised like a pheonix from the ashes with The Cosma vibe as the basic Psy-Buildingblocks, And all of this is taking place in 2005 when he starts djing progressive style trance like Daydin, Atmos, XV Killist, Ticon, Cosma to later on find the Dark progressive path that in 2011 resulted in a signing at the noble Uroboros Records.
