In a long-postponed debut, guitar strings are mixed with virtual analog synthesizer sounds, strange singing and odd lyrics to create "atomspheres", atmospheric landscapes of a nostalgic era that seems to have existed only in forgotten dreams.

The second full album tries to continue remembering the dream as a physical bridge between "Once" and similar instrumental tracks. Only one vocal track here, "Dear" has a 60s-70s feeling of American west coast psych rock of that era.

The fourth album gathers a bunch of older compositions, razor blade guitars usually out of tune, post punk improvisations or slower chaotic jams, mostly raw material almost live recorded, at times accompanied with the usual incomprehensible but distinctive weird vocals of Periodd.

The Famous Bicycle Ride has joined forces with Richard Hite and his amazing gongs, percussion and words of knowledge to create a unique sound experience for consciousness expansion and to explore experimental song composition and arrangement techniques.

I like hiking in the mountains with my wife. And I like listening to music.

I'm not a professional, you can probably tell, and self finance everything I do. It's a true labor of love. So I need all the support I can get.

I produce neo-classical, progressive rock, ambient and anything else that sparks an emotional response... which is always my aim.

I play all the instruments, write and produce everything on a very limited budget. 

Distant Earth is a reference to one of my greatest loves, Arthur C Clarke… these are the songs of Distant Earth. Hope you like them.
