This is my spin on a beautiful dark and introspective track from German electronic act - Moderat. I took the track, sped it up a little and added some guitar and my own ideas for drums. If you like the vibe of this song, you should check out the album titled 'III' by Moderat. It's epic.

Taking the source tracks supplied by the mighty Hermitude for vocals, bass and synth (as part of a previous JJJ remix comp), I was pretty much flying blind into this, not too sure which direction to take it in. What emerged ended up being a mashup of delay soaked clean fender tones, indie drum chops and gritty synths. Does it work? I'm not sure, but I think it does. Give it a listen!
