Following the great success of Detroit Swindle's "Boxed Out" Album we present you the second single take out. Their collaboration with Mayer Hawthorne on “64 Ways" already gained massive support from DJ's and radio stations around the globe in the past weeks and we're proud to present you this remix pack with none other than Kerri Chandler, Kraak & Smaak and Detroit Swindle's remix of Detroit Swindle (Inception anyone?).

It's an honor to have one of the godfathers of House: Kerri Chandler on remix duties. He has been a great supporter of the guys over the past years, often showing off his piano skill over "Guess What" and generally supporting a lot of The Swindlers tunes. He turned the original version of "64 Ways" in a true Kerri "Kaoz" Chandler tune with the use of his trademark key progressions and drums. Don't miss out on the instrumental if vocals aren't really your thing.

The second remix is done by the guys themselves and oh boy what a monster tune it is! Stripped down to just a few basics from the original, adding a lovely filtered key loop, they made a deep dance floor burner in true Swindle style: "swing, drop, and everything else".

As a final to this fine remix pack we asked fellow Dutch house heads Kraak & Smaak to return the favor on the remix tip after Detroit Swindle remixed their track "The future is yours" with Ben Westbeech. They came up with a full on Disco House stomper, with a bass line that will stick with you for the rest of the day and an irresistible disco feel.

In the midst of soaring summer temperatures here in Europe, we can premiere the equally hot housed up remix from British duo Leatherette of new single track "Brainfreeze" by Vienna based electronic duo ogris-debris with you. 

The original version of "Brainfreeze" is techno/dance pop jam with a shimmering groove which will drop on Friday June 24th via Affine Records, is the main single from Ogris Debris´ yet to be released debut album "Constant Spring" and also contains a remix by LuckyMe artist Cid Rim.

Already in high demand due to his immensely popular NYC parties, including Brooklyn’s Tiki Disco and the weekly Night People at Le Bain at the Standard, DJ Lloydski (Lloyd Harris) is now taking the style and swagger that has made him one of NYC’s stand out DJ’s and has started producing original tracks.

Lloydski’s debut single on Dither Down Records, “Go To Sleep,” is a late night plea for sanity. After a much too late night call from an overly eager admirer, Lloyd’s voicemail playfully begs, “I don’t want to know, I just want to go to sleep.” Produced by Lloyd along with help from Dither Don Tim Wagner (33Hz), “Go To Sleep” is a playful, downtempo, electro disco track that recalls early 80s italo and new wave while being a thoroughly modern affair.

Remixes are courtesy of Mexico City wunderkind and Electrique Records label manager, La Royale. Born in 1990, La Royale loves cats, drum machines and his SH101.

Lloydski - Go To Sleep (La Royale's Do Not Sleep Version)

Following on from his acclaimed debut EP 'Gudbrandsdalen' on Eskimo Recordings last November, Norwegian producer Cavego returns with a new single and companion piece to that release, 'Hunderfossen'. Named after, recorded in and about the world famous Gudbrandsdalen Valley, where Cavego spent much of his childhood, 'Hunderfossen' follows that lead, this time taking inspiration from the eponymous Norwegian theme park.

With more hands in the air moments than your average rollercoaster 'Hunderfossen' channels the spirit of the theme park's thrills and attractions into a playful slice of Scandi-Disco. A bright and bouncy counterpoint to the more thoughtful and melancholy air of 'Gudbrandsdalen' the track also features Cavego's girlfriend providing a spoken word commentary on the "hairy troll in carousel", which will of course make perfect sense to all theme park loving Scandiphiles.

With the 'Gudbrandsdalen' EP firmly establishing him as one of the most exciting new talents to emerge from Norway's Cosmic Disco scene, this Spring sees Cavego taking his collection of vintage synths on the road with a series of live shows in Norway, Sweden and then in May taking his beautifully frosty songs to Mexico for the first time.
