For ATL061 we set our navigation to the picturesque province of Pisa and welcome Tuscan titan Undercatt to the label. Undercatt is renowned for his exciting club sound that spans electronica to dark deep melodic techno.

'Arcade' is a real DJ track, perfect for when you want to get the audience locked into a groove. The deep bass and chord pattern create the foundation for Undercatt to overlay his renowned lush synths and floating melodies, before playing with the beats to add micro dynamics which increase the intensity by increments for maximum impact.

Skynet' takes the EP deeper and darker. The ferocious thudding beats will give any sub-bass system a thorough test and make the floor shudder. Whirring buzzing sounds and staccato pads add to the tension before the drop hits ... slightly delayed, making the release even more dramatic. A guaranteed crowd pleaser.

'Lunatico' sees Undercatt stretch out artistically to highlight his skills in composition, using sumptuous melodies to create a track flowing with emotion, yet still driving and full of momentum for the club. An essential playlist mainstay for extended DJ sets, taking listeners on a journey filled with elation, surprises and those special moments that stay with you forever. A fitting way to close the EP, leaving you wanting more as the beats ride out.

HARDT ANTOINE is a London based DJ producer of French and West Indian descent, who continuously combines his hugely colourful and eclectic taste in music. He has also made a name for himself with his Reculture label and club nights.

His KOMPAKT debut clearly shows why he’s one to watch in the years to come. “Nobody’s Watching” is a dark grooving beast with bending synth lines and a haunting vocal; counterbalanced with uplifting Eastern analog pads. It’s from this rare breed of tracks that shine in a frantic peak time set and sexy late night moments alike.

“All We See” follows a similar path. Its mandatory bassline and dark melody evolve into something uplifting, as if to say – ‘We always see light at the end of our tunnel’.

Radial takes a more cinematic approach and largely neglects the dancefloor in a classic KOMPAKT 3-track EP fashion, following a lovely tradition that began with Dettinger’s KOM 2 and later on spawned the Pop Ambient movement.

ATL075 calls upon renowned production talent and Atlant regular Thodoris Triantafillou. The result is a huge melodic techno track that will have discerning DJs racing to hit the cue button first.

As always, Thodoris demonstrates why he’s leading the way for a thriving Athens music scene. Composed in Glory Hill Studio under a moonlit Acropolis ‘The Sun The Stars’ showcases his production skills to the absolute maximum.

Driving 4/4 beats, a pulsating deep bass-line, stirring synths and emotional melodies - Thodoris has that fully covered. Along with jagged stabs for extra dance-floor tension and a hook to work its way inside your mind, replaying long after the house lights fade.

Yet another significant Atlant release on the back of EPs from Olivier Giacomotto, Enai and our label boss BOg. 2023 is shaping up to be another landmark year.

His 'Mind Kontrol' EP showcases his darker face as a producer, with high intensity, dancefloor tension and outstanding textures.

There is no bigger name in the world of underground house music than Nick Muir. An influential figure since the 1990s and co-founder of the artist duo, Bedrock, with John Digweed, the UK artist has consistently found himself dining at dance music's top table alongside the likes of Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo and Sasha. A multi-instrumentalist and session pianist before entering a fledgling dance industry in the early 1990s, Nick's career highlights read like a wish list for any aspiring DJ the world over. From performances in every corner of the globe to festivals and headline slots at leading club nights, Nick's production career has seen a double century of credits on the Bedrock imprint, while a further slew of original and remix credits can be found on the likes of Vapour Recordings, Perspectives Digital and Robert Babicz's Babiczstyle.

A trio of remixes for Proton Music between 2019 and 2021 have seen reworkings of Rick Pier O'Neil, Sebastian Sellares and Eric Lune as we welcome Nick Muir for his debut original release. "All One Word" is a progressive powerhouse that builds in majestic fashion over its 7-minute duration. Adding layers of sound atop a driving beat and hypnotic percussion, smooth pads and cadenced synth stabs play out alongside a meandering analogue motif that develops effortlessly at the beatless breakdown. Hitting its stride once more and developing into a pulsating dancefloor stormer in the final movement, Nick Muir's production credentials are in full evidence.

An iconic pairing who epitomise the modern progressive house scene, GMJ & Matter have found fame and a calendar full of bookings across their Australian homeland and far beyond its borders. Contemporaneously, a production career has seen the Melbourne-based duo join forces on a century of production credits, often for their own Meanwhile imprint as well as the likes of Anjunadeep, Replug and Balance Music. Regulars on Proton Music since 2016 with their "Superposition", "Interscope" and "Osmosis" EPs, plus remixes for Juan Deminicis, Andre Sobota and Pole Folder, the GMJ & Matter remix of "All One Word" revels in the trademark rhythms of the original as a glorious new arpeggio and deep atmospheric pads emerge out of the percussive collage. Paying tribute to the components found in Nick Muir's work, the track rises and falls with dancefloor ease and melodic sensibility before a huge bassline sequence provides a seething, brooding club monster in the final movement.

"All One Word" sees Nick Muir provide an eloquent soliloquy before GMJ & Matter combine to strike the right chord.

Douglas Greed is known for his melancholic, organic, emo techno tracks. Surrounded by hills and forests, crossed by a river, far from the extravagances of Berlin and mostly inhabited by students, Jena is the artistic home of Douglas Greed’s music. 
His versatile DJ skills cover every mood in a heavy weekend of partying. His musical output covers a broad stylistic range while retaining its own clear fingerprint and often bypassing the conventions of purely functional club music.
Douglas Greed has also been spreading more bass-heavy vibes for many years in his live set-up with Fabian Kuss on vocals (who is also featured on ’Like Feathers’) and Michael Nagler on drums.

It can draw us into the present moment, where just the music exists - unfolding through time, moment by moment. When we let go and merge into the auditory sensations, it takes us on an inner journey. Using this not to escape, but to fully embrace reality as it is, music can help us release tensions and bring balance to our everyday life. 
Especially dance music allows us to unify with the flow of the music. When we express the energy it releases within us, by just giving ourselves to it and following the spontaneous and authentic movements of our bodies, we can experience a state of connection, peace and joy. Doing this collectively, synchronously moving to the same rhythm and sharing this special experience, we feel a connection that resonates within.

With DIT KLINGT JUT we want to express our love for music and manifest the meaning it can have for all of us. We do this by providing a thoughtfully curated space for artists and labels to share their music, organizing events & live-streams and serving as a platform to share ideas on music and the creative process.
