Sunrise Vibes

To celebrate the fourth of July, I played a magical playful high energy set to kick off the 4th of July festivities!  This set is full of yummy house tracks with strong female vocals and a few fun covers thrown in for good measure to get people groovin!

Great big thanks to the Dusty Rhino crew for throwing another amazing event. This was one of the more rockin’ parties I’ve played in quite a while. Dj Dan and company brought it downstairs and the energy upstairs was tuned up all night. As usual, Alvaro had the place jumpin’ when I came on the decks so the first thirty minutes is dirty house (quick shout out to Ejagz and Lushbunny for a couple gems in there). We leveled things off and settled in to a melodic groove around 2:30am. The dance floor was hot till the very end so thank you, from the bottom of my heart. It was an amazing night.

Over the years, I played a few tag team sets with our little acorn. We would always say, its sort of weird how they work in this strange way. My theory was that we were 2 sides of a coin. He was this boy who knows how to be really emotional and I was this girl who was all about being really boss. LOL! Hearing every questionable mix (we were tired ok!) or funny song selection takes me back to these early morning hours. I'm glad I have this as a final goodbye to my friend <3 <3 <3

Feather River Virtual Campout (Extended) 2020
