Grigoré returns to Diynamic for his third full EP now, called „Seasons“.
The title track together with vocalist Serve Cold is a melancholically uplifting tune with an almost spiritualistic vibe - let the dance floor be your church.
„Heal Me, Save Me“ blends a sombre groove with an ethereal superstructure of pads and vocals and with that, tumbles on the line between light and darkness.
Then „Take The Lead“ together with Oësha hits the highway and puts the pedal to the metal - lights flashing by until there is no one left to see in the rear view mirror.
And „Insanity“, also with Serve Cold, is a bumpy retro jam with thick arpeggios and robotic vocals - an arcade game coming to life.

Release Info: 
Based out of Hamburg, Lampé goes in commando style on his debut contribution to the Stil vor Talent fold, 'Transmission'. Raiding the dancefloor with a pair of hard-nosed churners set to whip up ravers into a frenzy, the German producer puts on the afterburners and doesn't intend to slow down one bit. Written during the pre-touring season of 2023, there's a solid pair of DJ-friendly assets for the busy season ahead.

All in pressurized volatility and steel-clad punch, the lead single unfolds a contrasted sequencing, swinging moods and rhythms as the bass-heavy pressure makes itself more menacing with every bar. From a stealth, passive-aggressive early buildup to a fun-loving second half focussing on the epicness of the gated vox chatter and elastic synthwaves, Lampé serves up an absolute treat of a peak-time weapon, zeroed in on submerging dance floors with its powerhouse engineering of uptempo drive and cavernous punch.

In the producer's own admission a track built to ease the raver from a nightly scenario into a sun-drenched setup, 'Pressurized' oscillates "between dark and bright with a hypnotic and easy groove". Percolating a zesty mix of heavy-traction electro swagger and industrial techno gone astray, the track shifts gears with seamless panache, stacking up energy to better fire it back across the room. A choice first transmission that astutely surfs the edge between total club sweep-up and playful 90s-style exhalations.

The brothers Fognini aka @mindagainst return to Life and Death with their new single Love Seeking released June 20 (digital), followed by the vinyl on August 9 with a remix from friends and fellow masters of the emotional dancefloor Âme.

It’s fitting that techno storytellers Mind Against should revisit the home of their first EP with a revamped sound and turbo-charged take on current-day disco. Their history with DJ Tennis and Life and Death is almost as old as the label itself, harking back to their days living together in Berlin.

Now the brothers leave behind their signature hypnotic techno palette for a boogie-fied stepper that’s equal parts pop breeze and deep synth trip, full of hopeful anticipation. For the remix, Innervisions duo and cultural tour-de-force Âme twist the knobs and stretch out the heartstrings for an extended slice of big room goosebumps.

In the words of Mind Against themselves:

“10 years after releasing our very first EP Atlant on Life and Death, we’re excited to come back to our first imprint with such a special track and remix by Âme.

We’ve stepped out of our usual comfort zone and done something that can be both linked to our own musical world and to the sounds that Life and Death have evolved in recent years.

BRR57 Weekend Heroes - Dreamspace EP

Black Rose fifty-sixth release comes from “Weekend Heroes and Q.U.A.K.E”. In “Zero Magnitude” a solid groove is followed by a catchy pluck, the fast melodies and the main synth are fitted together perfectly. You’ll feel levitating like there is no gravity. In “Dreamspace” we find a more darker character, but still with a very soft melodic synth starting at the beginning, some acid and electronic distorted elements than appears till the powerful drop comes in like a electric shock. The second drop brings the light in the more darker song beginning. Difficult to understand if it’s a dream or reality.

No less solid is Upercent's DzBreathedz remix, which will definitely work on any dance floor. He  takes  the  original  track –including Kash  vocals-  into  a  deeper  space,  implementing lively bass drones. A blast. And finally, DzI Saw Youdz this time reinvented by Carlo.
