Dizzie Devil aka Best Kept Secret is an Oakland, California native. At the age of 26 he is the co-founder along as co-ceo of Any Meanz Entertainment. He is also the lead member of the “Get Fresh” trio and in late 2008 inked a deal with Southernaire Entertainment, becoming the company’s first and lead artist.
