Emerging DJ and producer Happy New Tears is independently releasing her new single ''Where The Willow Weeps'', marking a new chapter for the Rotterdam-via-Berlin producer as she takes a bold step forward as a performing artist.

Blending sci-fi sonics with infectious & ethereal vocal melodies, ''Where The Willow Weeps" is a meditation on in-vain attempts to repress emotions that can't be resisted and the cathartic release that can come from accepting these unavoidable feelings. “The Latin derivative of the word ‘emotion’ literally stands for ‘energy in motion’. This song is my attempt to articulate this sensation of an emotional purge that occurs within you and the release you feel as it happens” Happy New Tears adds.

''Where The Willow Weeps'' comes complete with a mix and master by Amnesia Scanner-collaborating artist Sin Maldita and a visceral music video by Ouroboros, the director-duo consisting of Jeremy Carne & Nikolas Kasinos. The striking video frames Happy New Tears within breath-taking natural landscapes, metaphorically emulating the powerful emotions the song alludes to.

track 4 from 'Delete Time', the debut album by Seaclones.

Seaclones is the collaboration of Pittsburgh producers Five Star Hotel and Machine Listener. This feature length album plays with sub bass, time dilation and improvisation. It is comprised of almost entirely synthesized sounds: sine waves, blasts of white noise and sub frequencies arranged with care and attention to detail. Each track is its own universe and can be enjoyed as a standalone world or in the greater constellation of the album as a whole. Some of these tracks are edited, some we elected to release exactly as they were performed in the studio. Any synth and guitar overdubs present on the record were done in one take and completely unedited, sometimes leaving bare in real time the programming  of a patch or writing of the riff in the track. We love this music the way a parent loves a child. It is free to do as it pleases and has license to play, learn, grow, and just BE over the course of its life. This music was incredibly fun to produce. Moments of almost supernatural synchronicity reared their bizarre heads in every single session and we found ourselves awestruck: unstoppably giggling, crying, and always questioning reality as we knew it. Delete Time is simply our gift to you  and ourselves, and a second album is already well underway. Enjoy it while driving, dancing, playing video games, on a walk in nature, sync it up with a video of insects mating, or while staring at a wall.

Hi Everyone! 

So I put together a 30 minute Ableton set which I played at a musical showcase called "Weird Sounds 2". This is a recording of the set from a camera (not the mixer). 

This set was an amalgamation of a bunch of different sounds that I curated into a set that is supposed to be a marriage of all of my different influences. You will hear samples from all kinds of different media including video games, stan Twitter videos, pop, dubstep and even hardcore. It's a true whirlwind of vibes, so it's a lot to process haha 

Either way I am extremely proud of this set. Even though the audio quality isn't the best, I do feel it adds to the rawness of what I put together.
