After a year of curating The Sunday Supplement, I’ve decided to open the doors to some of my favourite DJs and producers, to bring their own flavour by way of The Guest Mix Series.

To get the ball rolling, I’m delighted to welcome @jonmanley host of the long-running hOUSEwORX show on D3EP Radio Network, which celebrated 500 episodes last September.

With his roots planted in 90s UK house and garage, Jon was shaped by the South West underground dance music scene and he ran his own nights like Pulse and RAW, including residencies in Salisbury, Bristol, Exeter and beyond.  Co-owner and A&R of his label Different Attitudes, Jon brings decades of history and good groove to the mix.

John Pridgen touches down on Robsoul Recordings with a vivid and imaginative new release: ‘Imagine Stories That Don’t Exist,’ a four-track EP that blurs the lines between memory, rhythm, and reinvention.
Hailing from San Antonio, Pridgen is a storyteller at heart, using the tools of House music to craft tales that haven't been told. Sonic vignettes shaped by his roots in late-‘90s and early-2000s Hip Hop. A sample-chopping specialist, his music is textured and laced with groove-heavy basslines, dusty horns, disco-driven loops, and raw rhythmic swagger.
This EP is more than just a set of club-ready cuts. Taking sounds from the past and reshaping them into something entirely new, each track is bumping, soulful, and full of character.

In 2023 DIZZYFUNK was reborn!
