Shivanki is a Netherlands based DJ, producer, promoter and artist located in Rotterdam, spinning the decks since 2007 upon visiting her first local small goatrance party.At the moment she is involved with 3rd-BIT and with Psychedelic Rave/Universal Mind.

Shivanki style is best described as whimsical, dark, enchanting, hypnotizing and mesmerizing with lots of drive, flow and energy with an elegant delivery. Main subgenres of choice being dark psychedelic trance leaning mostly to forest style, while also playing night psytrance or more uptempo full on psytrance. The overall sound for all trance sets is leaning towards the more old skool oriented styles, preference for subtle melodies and an emphasis on a driving bass line and yet very distinguishable. There is also a possibility to book for chill out areas with focus on ethnic, oriental and folk music. Music production used to be an on and off thing but started to get into serious shape, since 2020 working on an album and on a vocal oriented electrofolk side project.

"What I tend to do is to create a set that I myself want to dance to, and to tell a story for the audience to completely lose themselves in the music in order to release tension, stress and all the other things that bothers one from daily routine matters, to give oneself a bit of peace of mind. Depending on the time of the day, the weather and the atmosphere I adjust the music accordingly to create a safe place in which one can be in touch with its true core being. This is something that seems to work quite well, it has made me going places, I am surprised and so happy for that, and I look forward to visit more places in the future."

Always a huge music nerd and big psytrance fan since my teens, but I didn't start to DJ until I was 26, though... so these are a few of my favorite tracks from those years.... also, this set somehow got lost in the abyss. It was actually recorded in 2013 (I had only been playing for two years) on CDJ 200s, but that doesn't matter as this is a retro classics set, with some of my very favorite tracks from 2000 - 2009, but mostly from the early 2000s. Guatemala-born, Toronto-raised — D-Tha-Prophet is a psytrance DJ and producer whose journey through sound has been one of transformation, resilience, and rebirth. From the psychedelic guitar of Santana to the pulse of Thriller—a childhood gift from his father that sparked a lifelong fascination with rhythm—music has always been his guiding force.
At age twelve, Daniel Flores moved to Canada and immersed himself in the raw power of metal. But in 2000, during one of the darkest moments of his life, trance found him—a revelation that would shape his destiny. His first rave experience that year ignited an enduring passion for the underground, where he discovered both freedom and healing through sound.
By 2001, inspired by Toronto legend Dr. Trance, he began teaching himself to DJ—cutting and splicing cassette tapes and chasing the perfect flow by instinct alone. Over the next decade he refined his craft, culminating in the creation of the Trance-Xperience Podcast in 2009.
A long hiatus followed as he stepped away to raise his children. During this period, the rhythm never truly left him; he experimented with production in 2018, completing four tracks that, while never released, laid the foundation for his current sound.
In March 2024, D-Tha-Prophet returned to the decks for the first time in fourteen years—his performance at Lysergic Sounds: Equinox marking a powerful rebirth. What began as a single set quickly became a floodgate: since that night, he has played numerous underground events and festivals across Toronto, including Cosmic Monkeys: Mind Levitation 3, Thaalam Festival, Yokshaa Gathering, and a four-hour Legendary Journey at Call of Darkness Festival.
Now a member of Demesne Records, D-Tha-Prophet continues to expand his vision through original releases including "Neural Network Override" and "Fractured Reality." His sound bridges the mystical and the mechanical—His sound spans all psytrance subgenres, with a focus on Twilight, Forest, and Darkpsy, weaving hypnotic storytelling where energy, emotion, and consciousness merge on the dancefloor.
For D-Tha-Prophet, psytrance is prophecy in motion—a communion of souls under one infinite rhythm.
