A little bit about me…
In 2009 I rediscovered underground music, having been re exposed to House, UK Hardcore, Dub step, Psytrance, Hardstyle and Hard House/Hard Dance in other words to Live Mix Dance music. I have always been passionate about music but this rediscovery excited me in a way that I hadn’t felt in a long time. I thank the online Sim game called SecondLife for this rebirth of my passion. If you haven’t visited SecondLife, you should. The music available in this game is diverse and exciting coming from all over the world. The DJ’s in this game (many DJs in their everyday lives…referred to as “Real Life” in the sim game). I began to hear proper mixed music for the first time in years. For many reasons I had been away from the Real World club scene for some time. Over time I became interested in learning to mix music and began my quest. At this point  in time, I am strictly a digital DJ using  software and a Numark Omni midi mixer.  However, I am reaching the tipping point and considering an investment in proper kit in the near future.

I started proper mixing in November 2009 under the tutoring of Uneek Enyo (his Second Life Name) and quickly became addicted to it.  In the beginning I would mix any style of music that had a solid beat and moved me emotionally. I experimented with many styles becoming proficient at many but not really excelling at any of them. In spring 2010 I began to develop a true love of the Harder dance music, particularly UK Hard House and UK Hardcore. At the same time I found an awesome mentor and true friend in Coca Supercharge an amazing talent at mixing UK Hard House. In July of 2010 I made a decision to focus on Hard House music and move towards fully utilizing my Numark Omni midi mixer and have mixed this music exclusively since. The decision was not an easy one as I love all music deeply. However, I believe this was the turning point for me. My understanding of the music and the techniques of mixing has deepened and allowed me to understand the music and the mix as never before. 

I am here to learn and grow and to share the passion I have for music. Whilst I am primarily a mixer of Hard House tracks, my mixes depart from true hard house and incorporates elements of Hard Trance, Hard Techno, German Trance and Bounce. I tend to favour vocal tracks as they seem to move me the most. Please feel free to listen and comment. Your honest feedback is important to me.
